The driver and tour guide were great! Clara is so knowledgeable about the Alhambra, and Spanish history in general.
It's a long ride from Marbella, there and back. The driver spoke very little English. Would have been nice with some guiding there...atleast.
There was not enough time to enjoy the Alhambra Palace. It was great to be picked up from the hotel. Overall, compared to what we paid, the experience seemed to be limited.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the convenience of being picked up from your hotel. However, we’re sorry to learn that the time at the Alhambra Palace didn’t meet your expectations. Our private tours are designed to balance a comprehensive experience with the time available, but we understand how such an incredible site can leave visitors wishing for more time to explore. We’ll review your comments carefully to see how we can enhance the experience and better match the value to our guests’ expectations. Thank you again for your input—it helps us improve. We hope you’ll consider exploring more destinations with us in the future. Warm regards, The Tours in Malaga Team
The Alhambra is not to be missed. We loved having a private tour and ride for just the four of us. The guide was very knowledgeable and could answer any question we had. I would recommend eating a VERY quick lunch or just bringing your own food so that you can use the extra time allotted for eating to visit the Alhambra museum inside the Carlos V palace. Original items from the Alhambra can be seen there.
They clean vehicle, great transportation service. The tour guide was very informative of history and culture.
No trip to Andalusia is complete without a tour of the Alhambra. A private tour is the way to go. Lunch at Jardin Alberto followed by an extensive tour of the gardens and palaces was well worth the price. Our guide, Clara, had complete command of the history and English.
Raphael was a wonderful guide who shared so much information and humor with us. We were running 30 minutes behind because there was a miscommunication with the pickup location in Marbella, so Raphael made a lunch reservation after the tour for us and informed our driver that we would need an extra 30 minutes so that the tour was seamless, informative and not rushed. The only reason it was not a 5-star review is that the private tour for our family of 5 was a bit pricey but would do it exactly the same again because of the personalized attention we received.
The entire trip was fantastic. Driver and tour guide clara were outstanding. My wife and I were floored by her knowledge.
Clara was an excellent guide. Lots of historical and cultural information. But we ran out of time to see everything. We were dropped off at 1 and waited until 2:30 for the tour. We ate lunch, but would have preferred to skip lunch and see everything.
We had an incredibly memorable visit to the Alhambra with our guide, Jesus! His detailed knowledge of every aspect of history, art and architecture brought the Alhambra to life for us. His descriptions of the Nazrid palaces, practices and Granada’s historical importance truly helped us to gain deeper understanding and appreciation during our visit . We could not have asked for a better guide in terms of knowledge, conversation and an all around memorable trip!
