Vous commencerez votre voyage en vous dirigeant vers le site archéologique de l'Acropole. I will never recommend it to anyone they didnt provide the full service they said the kids will have 3d illustration and fun games the reality was printed papers

While we had provided the augmented reality app in advance, when you mentioned on the day that you didn’t have it, we should have acted immediately so you could enjoy it during your visit. I didn’t realize the extent of the issue until I read your review, and that was a personal failure on my part. The printed materials you received are meant to complement the digital content, not replace it — you should have had both. As a parent myself, I know how important it is to make these moments special, and I regret deeply that we didn’t deliver as promised. We have processed a full refund, offered you a complimentary tour if you ever return to Athens, and retrained our team so this never happens again. We had a fantastic day with Athens insiders and with George who was absolute gem. We have three kids aged 11, 8 and 7 who were full of questions and excitement and he took his time with all of them. With a good sense of humour and fantastic knowledge he gave us a valuable morning that we will not easily forget!

It was certainly dramatic given the rain on Wednesday/ Thursday but Komissa was a complete professional. We were very grateful to her for going the extra mile for us, her knowledge and passion for Greece, and it’s history was evident. We loved her ability to share this with us. The tour was brilliant.
Athens Insiders was wonderful to work with. They customized what we wanted to do and made suggestions on how to best use our time. We were traveling with our 1 year old, so needed flexibility in our schedule to have downtime in the middle of the day. They accommodated everything we needed, including having our driver pick us up early from one site when the baby melted down. Our guide, Alex, was very knowledgeable and made our tour much more interesting than going alone. I would definitely use Athens Insiders again and highly recommend.

The private Acropolis tour was thanks to our companion Stelios was great! He knew how to make the leadership varied and exciting for our children and us, and thanks to his great knowledge he was able to respond well to our questions again and again, and also to weave exciting stories on a wide variety of aspects. At this point, Stelios would like to thank you very much again:-)! We had rented the mini iPads for this, and these were the perfect visual addition to our tour, showing us perfectly realized 3D scenarios of the Acropolis at the time of its heyday! We were the only ones with the Ipads, and other visitors tried to catch a glimpse of them more often ;-)! Highly recommended!
We recently took two tours with Athens Insiders with our two children (age 4 & 8) – we enjoyed both the Acropolis Tour (2 hours) and the Treasure Hunt for kids (4 hours). We are history buffs and Petros provided a lot of interesting insights on the different sights at the Acropolis. He was very thoughtful and engaging with our 8 year old son who loves Greek myths. For us it was the perfect amount of time with the young kids and also still adjusting to the time change from the US. Petros also led us to Plaka and provided a useful tip on a nice spot to have lunch. Later on our trip we went on the longer 4 hour Treasure Hunt tour which was a lot of fun for the kids and adults alike. It was a fun, creative and engaging way to see the city and learn about the culture. Both kids really enjoyed it and each stop was interesting and unique – not just your typical tourist shops. Our son really loved solving the clues and Niki was a great guide. She was excellent with the kids and was able to quickly adjust the tour based on how the kids were doing. She was very good at reading the mood of the group. I would highly recommend both tours!

We were delighted with Eleni, our guide for the day, who managed to keep our six and nine year olds (and us) interested throughout the whole tour. Eleni arrived at out hotel on time and sat down with us before we started the tour, to explain what we would see and put it into context for the children, making use of good pictures. Her English was impeccable which made it very easy for her to explain and simplify things for the children. Before visiting the Acropolis, she walked us through Plaka and recounted fascinating stories about the area. At the Acropolis she entertained us with many Greek myths related to the temples. She also talked about Greek history such as the Persian Wars. After visiting the Acropolis we went to the museum, which could have been dull for the kids, but Eleni was very entertaining and kept them engaged throughout using a treasure hunt so that they would look at the exhibits carefully. Nothing was too much trouble. Later in the day we stopped to buy some medicine for my son who was ill and Eleni was again very helpful.
