Dream trip guided by an excelente tour. Sok Ly did a wonder job during our stay in Siem Reap. He gave us a wonderful private tour visiting several temples and natural park. 100% recommender. We are did a 3 day tour with Royal Angkor. We found them online and from the first interaction everything was smooth. Mao was responsive, suggested various itineraries. Booking was smooth. Once we landed everything was flawless. All the drivers and guides spoke English, communicated promptly on WhatsApp. Vehicles were clean and in excellent condition. Guides provided excellent info, and were very gentle and accommodating. We had 2 young kids and had to make many “on the fly” changes and they accommodated us with a smile helping make the trip memorable and painless. We would highly recommend Royal Angkor and our guide Sam. The Hank you an amazing vacation. A very lux experience for a reasonable cost. I’m sure there are cheaper options, but given the quality of the vehicles and guides I would say it was well worth it. We especially enjoyed the temples and the trip to Tonle Sap lake (kids really enjoyed the floating market)

We loved our two day private tour with Sok. He was fun to tour with and provided a comprehensive overview of the temples at Angkor Wat and Kulin Mountain park region . We visited temples, monasteries, the Kulin waterfall and village and more! Sok ensured we had access to less busy areas of each site and best lighting aspects for photography. Overall we had an amazing and enriching experience of the region. We saw a lot in two days and were well looked after by sok and our driver. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Royal Angkor Tours to friends and family!

I had a fantastic 2-day tour of Angkor with Royal Angkor Tours – and it was very much thanks to my guide, Khemrint, and my driver, Thun. Khemrint was an exceptional guide. His deep knowledge of Angkor’s history, culture, and intricate details brought the sites to life and made the experience far more engaging than I had expected. What really stood out was how well he adapted the tour to my interests. He was very attentive to my questions and my particular interest in the historical aspects, and he took the time to go deeper whenever I wanted. Thun, my driver, also deserves great credit. He made sure everything ran smoothly and comfortably, and he was always there with cold water and a friendly smile after visiting the temples in the heat. Together, they made a perfect team. These two days were not just standard sightseeing – they became a personal and enriching experience that I will remember for a long time. The combination of Khemrint’s insight and Thun’s professionalism made a significant difference in what I got out of my visit to Angkor. I highly recommend Royal Angkor Tours – especially Khemrint and Thun.

Our Guide was Mr Jack and he was very knowledgeable about the temples. Our first day we saw Sunrise at Angkor Wat and then cycled ( our choice) around the small circuit and the second we took a car for the Grand Circuit which was cooler and more luxurious. Both days we had delicious lunches. All the temples were different and some were so quiet there would be only us or just another few. We were glad we did 2 days of temples as they were all so different. Also sunset was beautiful at Phnom Bakheng. Jack was a good communicator and showed us so much we would have missed, he sometimes gave us the information before we entered the temple and just waited while he left us to wander on our own.

My daughter and I booked 3 different tours with Royal Angkor Tours, a 2 day Temples tour, a day visiting the waterfalls and floating village and a tour in Phnom Penn of the Kings Palace, Killing Fields and Memorial Center. Royal Angkor also arranged our pickup from Phnom Penn airport and transfer to Siem Reap and transfer back to Phnom Penn. Overall this was a fantastic experience. In Siem Reap we had Sam - a very knowledgeable guide who talked excellent English and personal driver (Mr Thy) and comfortable clean air-condition SUV to drive us around the sites. Everything was arranged in advance including dropping us off at good very reasonably priced restaurants for lunch during the day. Sam even moved the day for the Angkor Wot visit to avoid a local Buddhist festival so we could enjoy seeing all of it without restriction. I was as interested in the construction as an engineer and Sam could answer all my questions and clearly knew all the major features of the temple sites. As well as Angkor Wot, we saw the temple used in Tomb Raider and Sam took multiple photos of my daughter and I at the sites with our cameras so we had great photographs of both of us at the sites. At Phnom Penn, we had Ms Thida as our guide. She talked excellent English and had been part of the terrible events perpetrated by Pol Pot and had lost family and had to flee for her life during the reign of terror. Her personal stories and very in-depth knowledge of the events of the horrors perpetrated in the Killing Fields made the trip very real but her caring attitude and wish to educate us but help us to have a good experience made for a great visit. She also took us around the Kings Palace and explained the history of the country and the important people involved. Overall this was just as good as the temples tour and we were glad we included this on our trip. Overall Royal Angkor Tours provided one of the best private guided trips we have been on and having them arrange the airport transfers made for a seamless easy trip. I would highly recommend Royal Angkor Tours for private guided visits to Angkor Wot and the other temple and floating village sites at Siem Reap and also for their excellent tour at the Palace and Killing Fields at Phnom Penn. One of the best vacation trips we have had.

We had an amazing experience on our 2-day Angkor tour. Our guide, Sophat, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly brought everything to life with his storytelling. We genuinely loved spending time with him and always felt in very capable hands. He’s also an excellent photographer, which was a lovely bonus. Our driver, Thy, was kind and attentive, regularly providing cold water and refreshing towels, which made a big difference in the heat. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and one we would highly recommend.
