Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre hôtel ou appartement à 18h30 et vous emmènerons à pied dans la partie la plus ancienne de la ville - le charmant quartier gothique - un labyrinthe de rues étroites et pittoresques pleines d'architecture romaine et médiévale. Nous visiterons la cathédrale, le quartier juif, le palais royal et la place St James. Vous pourrez voir une partie de l'enceinte romaine et le quartier médiéval de Barcelone. Nous terminerons cette partie de la visite par une visite à l'église Santa Maria Mar dans le quartier du Born.
Ensuite, nous visiterons un restaurant remarquable appartenant à un chef renommé où nous siroterons du vin et dégusterons une variété de tapas. Xavier was an exceptional guide. Great personality, good sense of humor and knowledge of history of the Gothic district. He hosted us to a Tapas dinner with wine which was an absolute delight. The Flamenco show was good but I wouldn't say great. I am keeping his name handy in case I make another trip to the area. He is my go to person if I need a guide and will share his name with family if they make a trip to the area. A great experience.

This was a last minute booking and I am so glad we booked it. Our was very knowledgeable and is a born Catalan. He was informative and passionate about his culture and we learned a lot. Our meal was top notch and he took the liberties of ordering based on our discussions and it was amazing. The Flamenco was on a different level. Very traditional and we had front row seats!

Feliciano was our guide for the evening. He is enthusiastic about his beautiful city and region of Catalonia. He shared with us the history of Barcelona with interesting stories. The restaurant that we had tapas in was excellent. He then brought us to an intimate venue for the flamenco show. It was very good. Thank you for sharing your city with us

Our guide, Feliciano, met my husband and I at our hotel and we were quickly having a fun, informative tour of the older parts of Barcelona. Feliciano was so friendly and fun that we felt like a friend was showing us around - we even stopped in a candy shop for free samples! Feliciano took us to Tapeo where a long line was waiting to get in, but he had reservations and a table waiting for us. All the tapas (and there were a lot) that we sampled were delicious. Thank goodness we were with someone who knew just what to order because we would not have known where to begin! From there we had front row-center seats at the Flamenco show so we could see the amazing foot work while sipping a glass of champagne! Of all the things we did in Barcelona, this tour was my favorite - walking through the ancient streets, the food, the dancing, and a personable guide made this a night to remember!

Excellent way to experience Barcelona. Met with our guid Ioanna Herrera who was very nice and punctual. She took us on a walking tour and showed us many highlights of the Gothic Area. She was a very good historian and the stories she told added much more to the beautiful sights we seen. Prior to coming to Barcelona I looked up restaurants and Tapas to eat. Our guide brought us to one of the top restaurants I found researching tapas restaurants. The food was amazing. Also our guide proved to be an excellent historian education us one stuff like the origin of Tapas. The Flamenco show was a small production show that feels very intimate. I would describe it as a blend of tap dancing and ball room dancing. Well worth it to see this traditional show of Spain.
Javier was our wonderful guide. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He met us at our hotel and gave us a detailed tour of the city. He took us through quiet city back streets and showed us places only the locals know about. We then ate a delicious tapas dinner at a local restaurant followed by a flamenco dance. We felt like we got to experience an authentic taste of Barcelona! We could not have asked for a better experience.
