Commencez la visite en explorant le vieux Delhi. En passant par le Fort Rouge qui est une structure massive construite par Shah Jahan entre 1639-1648. My issue is not with tour guide who is an independent contractor and was excellent, but with tour company. The tour I booked clearly says admission costs are included in price of tour. Once I started tour I was told I need to pay for admission to temples . I showed what was included on Viator app to tour guide who related this to tour company . They chose to ignore this and continues to send multiple messages through tour guide and on WhatsApp that I owed. It got so bad I stopped the tour half way through and am now having to make alternative arrangements to see several of the temples I really wanted to see.
Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with this review, as there appears to have been a misunderstanding regarding the booking option selected. Our tour offers two separate options: Car + Guide and Car + Guide + Entrance Tickets. The booking made was for the Car + Guide option, not the package that includes monument entrance tickets. Unfortunately, Viator displays a common "What's Included" section for the overall listing, which can sometimes cause confusion between the available options. Although the entrance tickets were not part of the selected package, we still provided them complimentary to ensure the tour could continue without inconvenience. We have always been transparent and have been serving travelers for over more than a decade, and we would never intentionally mislead our guests. We respect every review, but we believe this one does not accurately reflect what occurred, and we have requested Viator to review the booking details.
Raghuveer and his driver were great guides around Delhi to show us the beautiful temples. Very knowledgeable.

Great tour and felt very comfortable traveling alone. Mathur was a wonderful guide and I learned a lot from him. He also takes nice photos. I would highly recommend this tour, guide, and the driver Amandip Singh, who was also lovely and a safe driver.
