Dans cette majestueuse ancienne maison de plantation, vous aurez l'occasion de goûter le rhum Takamaka fabriqué localement, de participer à une visite guidée pour en apprendre davantage sur l'histoire du lieu et de déguster également des collations légères. Veuillez noter que la dégustation de rhum est payante.

Christopher was our driver. He was there to greet us on time as we left the ship and the tour was excellent allowing us to see most of the island. His driving was very calm and safe. Would highly recommend this tour.

I booked 2 different tours months ahead, but Wundor Seychelles without any reason cancelled our second day tour, causes us a lot of stress as we had two babies. I find the company unreliable. At the end when I payed to the driver / tour guide, he was surpriced and told that is way too much. Obviously they work hard and unfortunately get not that much, rest of the money you pay goes to commission to the Agency that is why the drivers are stressed & have poor time management skills. Our guide was friendly but stressed & too worried about the car he was driving, it is not his fault but bad management. We got through Kempinsky a private guide, what a difference it was, as it was his own company he was not so worried for the car and let us free time what did not happen with Wundor and not worried so luch about the time. I would not choose Wundor next time!!!

We regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify certain points raised in your review. Firstly, you booked two half-day tours directly with our agency at a total agreed rate of €240, following a discount from the original price of €260. For the first half-day tour, the scheduled start time was 9:00 am. Our driver was present at Kempinski at the agreed time. At 9:00 am, you informed us that you would be approximately 15 minutes late due to attending to your children, which we fully understood. However, the tour ultimately commenced at 10:15 am. During the tour, your itinerary was discussed with the driver, who advised that, given the late start and the four-hour time allocation, it would not be possible to visit all requested locations. Despite this, additional time was spent at several stops. For example, during the visit to Victoria and the Victoria Market, the allocated time was exceeded, and the driver had to return to collect you from the shops so that you could proceed to the Botanical Garden. At the Garden, you were again advised that the visit would need to be brief due to time constraints; however, the duration was exceeded while photographs were taken. During this time, our driver assisted by attending to your children, which he did willingly, as our drivers are trained to be attentive and accommodating, especially when families are involved. The tour concluded at 4:15 pm, meaning it lasted approximately seven hours, despite being booked as a four-hour half-day tour. No additional charges were applied for this extended duration. Effectively, you received a full-day tour at the half-day rate of €120. We would also like to clarify that our agency does not operate on commission-based arrangements, and all our drivers are full-time employees. It is standard and responsible practice for our drivers to remain mindful of vehicle safety and time management to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. During the tour, the driver also had to address a situation where one of the children was repeatedly banging on the back of the driver’s seat while the vehicle was in motion, and he respectfully requested assistance in calming the child to ensure safe driving conditions. Regarding the cancellation of the second half-day tour, this was communicated in a timely manner due to an unforeseen circumstance. You were not charged for the cancelled tour, and we additionally provided alternative options with other trusted operators to assist you. We sincerely apologise if you felt stressed, as this was never our intention. We value all feedback and remain committed to providing safe, professional, and enjoyable experiences for our guests. Highly recommend Wunder. Christopher has lots of local and historical knowledge of Mahe culture. We enjoyed all the sites and connections. We would use them again should we return to the Sey chelles.

Christopher gave us a wonderful private tour of many interesting and fun places. He collected us promptly at the ship we were on, took us on a walking tour of Victoria, then we drove around the island stopping at great places. I loved every minute and appreciated the care Christopher gave us. He knew all the best places for photos and he took great ones of us.
