Pour commencer la visite, votre Guide vous emmènera en bateau sur la célèbre Maid of the Mist (saisonnière : mi-mai - octobre). Avant d’embarquer, vous aurez l’occasion d’admirer la vue depuis la tour d’observation de Prospect Point, située directement au-dessus du site d’embarquement pour la visite en bateau de Maid of the Mist. Ensuite, visitez Goat Island qui relie Terrapin Point et Luna Island également. Après Goat Island, voyagez jusqu'à la grotte des vents où vous descendrez 175 pieds dans les gorges du Niagara avant de partir sur une série de passerelles menant au « pont des ouragans » - à seulement quelques mètres des chutes Bridal Veil. Pendant que vous faites le tour en bateau, vous admirerez des vues incroyables, entendrez les rugissements tonitruants des chutes d'eau qui se précipitent et vous risquez d'être un peu mouillé, selon l'endroit où vous vous trouvez - mais ne vous inquiétez pas, un poncho de pluie vous sera fourni pour cette promenade en bateau.
Ensuite, visitez Goat Island qui se connecte également à Terrapin Point et à Luna Island. Emma was amazing…knowledgeable and energetic and would recommend her 100%..she is a local girl so she knows the surrounding history and gave us great tips on how to spend the rest of the day
If your Operator is TripShepherd, AVOID THIS TOUR! While waiting to be picked up at the hotel lobby, 15 minutes before the pickup time, the driver texted saying he would be 1 hour late. We then went to get breakfast and in the middle of breakfast, got another text saying to meet them right away. After trying to persuade us, I had to yell at them to honor the new pick up time. The driver was nice but 1. He admitted the was partying last night and that’s why he didn’t wake up on time (nervous at that moment), and 2. Drove like he was on a formula 1 race (worried we were going to crash at any moment). When in Niagara he rushed us through all the attractions (because of how late he was) and left us early for another driver to take us back to Toronto (even though he said we were staying later to make up for the late pick up). The second driver back to Toronto (called Precious) drove like a maniac and was falling asleep. Had to talk to him to wake him up once and when we hit traffic jams, he started getting desperate and started driving even worse! BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NIAGARA ON YOUR OWN OR WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. TRIPSHEPHERD, THE TOUR OPERATOR COMPANY, WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT!

I booked with Viator a long time ago. The pick-up location was set at the Marriott Falls View in Ontario. It seems that Viator not only failed to transmit our oder to TripShepperd - the local operator - but in addition sold us an impossible tour across the border. Nobody showed up at the pickup time, and only after calling TripShepperd dis we discover that nothing was planned for us. TripShepperd were nice and creative enough to help us have some tour on the Canadian side, but Viator failed us 100%. We paid over $1,000 and want to be redunded.
Our guide Said was terrific. Very personable and extremely helpful. He was on time and the van was very nice. The tour was well organized. We were able to see Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds and the Observation deck in 4 hours but only because Said drove, parked the van, purchased the tickets and explained details to us. We could never have done this as efficiently on our own. The convenience was worth the cost of the tour. I definitely recommend this tour.
