Cette visite est très flexible et peut être personnalisée selon les préférences du client. Peu de temps après la prise en charge à votre hébergement à 9h00 par un guide / chauffeur privé dans un véhicule privé, nous partons pour une excursion d'une journée tout compris dans les vignobles du Cap à Stellenbosch et Franschhoek, connue sous le nom d'American Express Wine Route de l'Afrique du Sud. Suivez la route des vins de Stellenbosch et Franschhoek dans toute sa splendeur. Vous profiterez d'une dégustation de vins dans jusqu'à 4 domaines viticoles primés soigneusement sélectionnés, tous frais de dégustation inclus, et profiterez également d'un déjeuner de plat principal dans l'une de ces fermes viticoles primées.
En arrivant à Stellenbosch, nous profiterons d'une visite d'orientation de la ville. Stellenbosch est la deuxième ville la plus ancienne d'Afrique du Sud et abrite plus de 200 domaines viticoles primés.
Notre premier arrêt de dégustation de vin aura lieu au domaine viticole Delaire Graff. Connu comme le joyau des vignobles du Cap, Delaire Graff n'est pas seulement célèbre pour ses vins primés, mais aussi pour ses vues spectaculaires et ses opportunités de photos instantanées sur Instagram. Vous y dégusterez 5 vins premium parmi un choix de 6 vins. Votre guide vous aidera à capturer les plus belles photos Instagram. Delaire Graff est un domaine viticole luxueux et moderne.
Depuis le domaine viticole Delaire Graff, nous conduirons pendant 5 minutes jusqu'au domaine viticole de Tokara. Ici, nous dégusterons jusqu'à 4 vins Premium soigneusement sélectionnés. Tokara est un domaine viticole luxueux et moderne.
Ensuite, nous conduisons pendant 20 minutes jusqu'au domaine viticole de Delheim. Nous profiterons d'un déjeuner principal avec dégustation de vins de qualité supérieure au restaurant Delheim Garden surplombant les jardins verdoyants. Choisissez votre plat principal parmi une sélection de viandes, volailles, poissons ou plats végétariens. Veuillez noter que seul le plat principal est inclus dans le prix de notre voyage pour les seuls clients qui ont réservé et payé l'option vin et déjeuner et ne peut pas dépasser R275,00 par personne. Si vous dépassez ce montant, le coût supplémentaire sera à votre charge. Les vins supplémentaires, les boissons non alcoolisées et/ou tout autre plat du menu sont supplémentaires et pour votre propre compte. Si Delheim Estate devait être fermé pour une raison quelconque, une dégustation de vins et un déjeuner seront servis à Muratie Wine Estate, l'un des plus anciens domaines viticoles du pays, qui produit des vins primés depuis plus de 300 ans.
La visite se poursuit par un arrêt de dégustation de vin dans l'une des destinations de dégustation de vin les plus populaires des vignobles du Cap, connue sous le nom de Fairview Wine Estate. Ici, nous dégusterons jusqu'à 6 types de vins accompagnés de 6 types de fromages soigneusement sélectionnés, allant des cultivars rouges et blancs.
Un arrêt optionnel sera proposé devant le Centre Correctionnel Drakenstein (anciennement Prison Victor Verster) pour prendre une photo avec le monument Nelson Mandela.
Notre visite se termine par une promenade dans la ville de Franschhoek, connue comme la capitale de la gastronomie et du vin d'Afrique du Sud. Il abrite certains des meilleurs restaurants et domaines viticoles du pays.
Nous retournons au Cap pour vous déposer à votre hébergement au Cap.

The wine in Stellenbosch is spectacular and the wineries are all very picturesque. On this tour the guide took us to each winery and agreed a pick up time. Everything was clear and well communicated.

This tour did not meet the expectations set by the description of a luxury wine tour. When you book and pay for a wine tour, you expect a knowledgeable guide who can speak intelligently about the wines — varietals, winemaking techniques, terroir, and tasting characteristics. Instead, we received a general history lesson about the region. While history has its place, that is not what we signed up for. We visited three wineries (by choice), and it’s difficult to see how more could reasonably be included. In reality, this felt like hiring a driver for the day rather than participating in a professionally curated wine experience. We could have arranged private transportation ourselves, chosen our own wineries, and likely received better value. The advertised “wine and cheese pairing” was also misrepresented. A true pairing is intentional — specific wines matched with specific cheeses to enhance both. What we received appeared to be a random selection, with no explanation or thoughtful curation. Given the cost, we expected expertise, structure, and authenticity. What was delivered did not justify the premium price. The only thing luxury about it was how much it cost. Also, I don’t blame the driver I blame the person profiting from this hack of a tour.

However, the value of a luxury experience must come from expertise, structure, and intentional curation — not simply logistics. If that depth and structure were not delivered, we take that concern seriously. We also appreciate your comments about the wine and cheese pairing. A true pairing should be deliberate and clearly explained, highlighting how specific wines and cheeses complement one another. If what was presented lacked intention or explanation, that falls short of the standard we aim to uphold. We regret that the experience did not justify the premium price in your view. The tour guide Gordon was on time, very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. The wine facilities visited were a good choice with a wide variety of products, and the personnel were all extremely knowledgeable of their wines. We had a great day trying 20 wines in 4 different vineyards, with time to wander around Stellenbosch and a lunch stop in Franschhoek. Superb views and Morne our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend if you want to dip into the local wines and have someone else drive!
