Nadya made the trip. Her knowledge and passion about ancient Greek architecture were amazing. Having it as a private tour meant we could hear all she had to say and got far more from this. The temple of the dead was fascinating and being able to walk through the site helped to bring it to life. The river trip allowed us to see some Greek wildlife you wouldn't normally be able to see. Parga added a different dimension to the day. Would definitely recommend this to anyone with an interest in Greek history or mythology.
Just spent two wonderful days with Nadya exploring Lefkada on the Taste of Lefkada tour and also Parga & the Temple of the Dead. Nadya is extremely passionate & knowledgeable about the places we visited & has a great sense of humour. We enjoyed delicious tastings at a number of places as well as some amazing scenery. Nadya’s driving skills are exceptional and she navigated the narrow, winding roads with ease. We highly recommend Nadya and her tours to anyone visiting the beautiful island of Lefkada!
Nadya has put a fantastic day together. She explains the romance, fear and theatre around the myths and legends of the tour. Her knowledge, opinions and unique insight about archaeology and archaeologists will make you question what you think you know and believe... A fantastic day Nadya, thank you.
Great tour and awesome Guide Nadya! We Strongly recommend taking this tour! Nice views, exotic places, time on our own, great food and coffee options! A Great day!
Nadya is a wealth of knowledge. She picked us up promptly and drove us to the amazing Temple of the Dead, followed by an amazing boat ride to the magical caves then down the river. Our skipper was welcoming and very friendly, then Nadya drove us to a mountain just passed Parga to visit a castle then dropped us back at Parga where my family and I enjoyed an amazing lunch, shopping followed by a drink waterside. Nadya picked us up and drove us back to our hotel. This tour is a must do! My entire family thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
This tour made our trip! A friend and I were in Lefkada on a yoga retreat. We wanted to take a day to see as much as we could. Nadya was the absolute best! She showed us everything listed in the tour description, and more! We ended up spending 9 hours with her. She entertained us the entire day with her stories and her great knowledge on both Greece, and other countries in Europe. She is wildly entertaining. She sees the world through such an interesting set of lenses. The facts she shares about history and culture, which could otherwise be uninteresting to someone who doesn’t value history, are always laced with her distinct humor. We loved Nadya so much that we convinced our yoga retreat facilitator to book her for the entire group for a different tour. Luckily Nadya was able to fit us in! I messaged her the night before asking if we could stop at a bakery to pick up a surprise cake for our yoga teacher’s birthday. Instead, she went to the bakery herself on the way to pick us up. She sent me pictures of all of the different options and brought the cake secretly. Who does that?! We visited the coolest little family owned olive museum for a tour/tasting, then lunch at a sweet taverna, then we spent time at one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. Our drive home was in torrential rain, and we felt safe the entire time. The island is not set up well for rain, so the roads get flooded quickly, but Nadya makes everyone who enters her space feel safe. Nadya is the absolute best, and I only wish we could have brought her home with us to hang out more!
Nadya is a fun local guide, she has great knowledge about lefkada and the mainland. The booking was easy, Parga is a pretty village, good for a day visit. Necromanteion and the boatride are cool! Ask her about walls! 😉
Super experience, we were lucky enough to find Nadia to guide us on our visit to Parga. She took us through a wonderful experience, seeing this beautiful land and having someone with such passion and knowledge for the region made our tour unique. Thank you for the experience Nadia and as we said we will be back next year.
