Due to traffic issues, we arrived late to the appointment since it is 15 km from the city of Paris! Although we did not arrive on time, they at least did not want to give us the entry tickets, but they told us that they are group tickets!

We booked a trip with your company to go to Giverny Gardens and Versailles and the bus DID NOT COME! 2 groups were left behind. We WERE there at 8:15 as requested. We called and called. Someone finally answered and hung up on me. Called again a woman told me the bus left. The other group that was left behind got a WhatsApp message. SEE ATTACHED. The message said they DID have verification that we were there ON TIME so they don't know what happened. The agent who responded to my WhatsApp message stated that there were only 2 out of 22 groups that did not show up. How could 22 groups get on a bus at 8:15 a.m. yet we didn't see any of those people? How could 22 groups be at that little cafe in the rain, which by the way is a dumb place to meet? On top of the verification that WE WERE THERE, as per the ATTACHED, an agent for a different group was there all morning and he said that the "guy in the red jacket" that we were supposed to meet was NOT there ALL morning.
The guide, Clemance, immediately began our tour and gave us interesting information as we passed by places. She made the entire tour interesting and fun. Giverney was made even more memorable with the facts that she shared with us on the way. She gave a biography on Monet’s life that made me appreciate him even more! Lunch was at a lovely old mill restored to a bed and breakfast and restaurant. It was very peaceful, and we enjoyed our menu selections! Versailles came to life as Clemance gavé us an in-depth tour. We got some wonderful pictures and have even better memories of it. Seriously, this is the best tour we ever had, and we have done many private tours in European countries! Many thanks for giving us such a perfect day!
Our guide Clemence was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to spend the day with... The day's order was flipped without our knowledge, so we started at Givenchy and ended at Versailles. We were a little crunched for time, but Clemence was wonderful and gave us a lot of information in a very short timeframe. Also, the lunch at Givenchy was outstanding (just one added benefit).
Great time with a incredible guide who shared her deep knowledge of Claude Monet and his gardens. Had a wonderful lunch followed by a beautiful tour of Versailles. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to truly experience the beauty of Paris
This was a very good well run tour. Our guide Honori we really excellent and went above and beyond to make this a great experience. The lunch stop was one of the highlights.
Very excited to be seeing Monet's gardens and Versailles with my daughter. Arrived in plenty of time for tour as requested but due to others arriving late for tour and after a lot of general confusion we left Paris about 20mins or more later than specified departure time. Then we were late to the gardens which meant less time there. Our guide was very knowledgeable but had said once in the gardens we could do our own thing but spent so long going through everything in minute detail we had to interupt to say we were going off on our own and then we barely had 1 hour to explore both gardens including queuing for toilets and shopping in the gift shop. Again people were late getting back on the bus which delayed us further & meant we had to rush through our very delicious lunch at the next stop. Versailles was super busy anyway, it is summer, but lots of confusion about splitting the group, extra guide arrived who clearly had been thrown in the deep end . Took us so long to get into the palace due to the general disorganization, then so many visitors it was not enjoyable. We were left with barely 10 minutes to see the gardens after the palace which was what we really interested in, queue up for toilets, buy a drink (was incredibly hot) and/or visit the gift shop. Again people were so late back to the bus we could had time to at least look in the shop or buy a cold drink in the end but we didn't as we were told to be on time for departure. I have been on other tours where you are warned that any latecomers will be left behind and have been. I don't think the whole group should be held up by a thoughtless few. The guides, including the last minute one, were very pleasant and very interesting with a lot of information but the organisation was lacking. They spent a lot of time talking to each other in French and not directing our large group at the start. Unless you love being herded around like sheep with minimal explanation about what is going on don't do this tour. I booked through an agant and had no idea small tours were available, do a small one. Definitely don't recommend this one.
Dear Paula G, We sincerely apologize for the issues met during your experience with us. Be assured that we will investigate on your case to know what happened. Please note that during high season Versailles can be a little bit crowded ! but our guides always do their best to provide you an unforgettable experience. Because your satisfaction is our first priority. We are sorry again that you and your daughter didn't have enough time to visit and enjoy the gardens of Versailles. We totally understand your dissatisfaction ! Best regards, Thalia
Our guide was excellent. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. The food at lunch was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Of course, Versailles and Giverny were impressive and not to be missed. We felt this was a great value.

Our guide promptly retrieved us from our Paris apartment and, as we made our way out of the city, gave us a brief history of Paris and the connection to Versailles. He provided the perfect balance of morning quiet with relevant and interesting commentary as we drove. We had time to explore the gardens and, with no wait, entered Versailles with our guide. His knowledge was impressive and my adult children, their partners, and my husband and me were thrilled with the experience. Our visit was followed by a glorious lunch in the countryside and all dietary restrictions were accommodated with ease. We had a beautiful table near the water under the shade of a large tree-simply lovely! We then traveled to Giverny for a visit to Monet's house and gardens. Truly, truly spectacular. The day was long but the perfect balance for our group who had mixed interests. I would highly recommend the tour especially for those who have a limited time in Paris!
