Khun Aey was knowledgable, organized, and very pleasant (driver was also hospitable and reliable). She spoke and understood English (and Thai, as we were a mixed group of friends). Khun Aey led us at a comfortable pace (hot day) and provided the historic, religious, and societal background commentary that was relevant to each site we visited (... the popular venues... Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun). We enjoyed the fascinating long-tail boat trip that went into the smaller canals, which illustrated Bangkok's long history of relying on waterways for transportation, trade, and communication. It was interesting to see the various smaller, diverse communities and enterprises that thrive inside the smaller canals, and also interesting to see the intricate water control systems (gates, etc.) that help Bangkok control the fluctuation in water levels. One final note: Ms. Aey helped us find a terrific water-side high-quality restaurant which had the mix of Thai and local seafoods that we were wanted for our lunch.
Must see experiences and excellent tour guide. All important and must see Temples are covered in this private tour. Guide very knowledgable and professional and friendly.
Sam was really fun and accommodating! Definitely recommend this tour. The boat trip was the highlight of my!
What a great way to see the highlights of Bangkok. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with our guide Whisky.
We scheduled our tour without knowing that it was the Queens birthday. Because of this, we weren't able to visit the Grand Palace, but that didn't stop us from having a great time. Our guide had alternatives lines up and we made the best of the day. Great times with lots of explanations of more that just the sites visited! Amazing tour.
We had a great tour with Kit. He was very informative and gave historical background and cultural information. He took lots of pictures and sent them to us. Kit was very accommodating, helping me with mobility issues, using elevators, etc. and providing water. It was a wonderful experience. Many thanks!
Great experience, friendly guides and driver, very knowledgeable and helpful, great day out
Having a great driver with an air conditioned car added to the enjoyment of our fabulous tour that Sophie organised
One day tour in Thailand, and it was a very enjoyable experience overall. The itinerary was well-organized, with a good balance of time—never too rushed, yet we were able to visit several unique and meaningful temples and attractions. The highlight of the trip was definitely the tour guide. He was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. The explanations at each location were detailed and insightful, and we also learned a lot about the local culture and religious background, which made the journey much more meaningful. At the same time, the guide was very attentive and caring, always making sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, this day tour was both relaxing and enriching. I would definitely join again if I have the chance, and I highly recommend it to others.
