Lorsque vous voyagez dans l’est de Java, assurez-vous de regarder l’aube depuis le sommet du mont Bromo. Cette visite commence juste avant minuit et comprend un long voyage jusqu'à Sunrise Point, où vous pourrez admirer le lever du soleil au-dessus du mont Bromo. Avant de retourner à Surabaya, faites une montée rapide jusqu'au bord du cratère pour admirer le paysage à proximité et la caldeira active. Cette visite privée d'une journée complète présente le meilleur de la région du parc national Tengger Semeru en une seule journée de visite, ce qui en fait le choix idéal pour les touristes pressés par le temps.

Soyez prêt à ce que notre chauffeur et guide expérimenté vienne vous chercher à minuit et vous emmène le long de la route de Probolinggo jusqu'à la région de Bromo. Votre lieu de prise en charge à Surabaya vous y emmènera en 3 heures environ.
Nous utiliserons une Jeep (4 roues motrices) pour continuer le voyage afin d'apprécier le parcours accidenté qui fait le tour de la région vallonnée. Ensuite, nous nous dirigerons vers le mont Penanjakan ou Kingkong Hill, le meilleur endroit pour profiter de la vue du lever du soleil sur Bromo. L'aube se produira généralement à 04h30. Les températures nocturnes normales sur le mont Bromo varient de 0 à 12 degrés Celsius, se réchauffant à mesure que le soleil se lève. Vous pouvez louer une veste supplémentaire pour 10 000,00 IDR au point de vue du lever du soleil si vous en avez besoin. Nous siroterons un café ou un thé dans un café voisin en attendant le matin. Une salle de prière est disponible pour les clients musulmans et les prières du matin peuvent commencer dès 4h15. La distance entre le café et l’endroit où l’on peut voir le lever du soleil n’est que d’environ deux minutes.
Nous descendons ensuite la colline jusqu'au parking des jeeps et traversons la vaste mer de sable créée par l'éruption du mont Bromo. Nous traverserons également l'une des destinations touristiques offrant une vue panoramique très attrayante et qui gâte les yeux, à savoir la colline Widodaren.
Le trajet prendra environ 30 minutes pour atteindre le sommet. Vous pouvez voir le mont Semeru, la plus haute montagne de l'île de Java, ainsi que la caldeira, les montagnes du mont Batok et le cratère Bromo toujours actif depuis le bord du sommet.
Après être descendu du cratère Bromo, vous devez vous diriger vers un temple hindou nommé Pura Luhur Poten, qui est un vestige de l'un des royaumes indonésiens. Le temple hindou Pura Luhur Poten est situé près de la base du mont Bromo. La tribu majoritairement hindoue Tengger se rassemble dans ce temple pour des cérémonies religieuses. Depuis le parking des jeeps, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à 300 mètres jusqu'à cet endroit.
Ensuite, vous pourrez savourer un petit-déjeuner indonésien traditionnel au restaurant Lava View et retourner dans la zone du village de Bromo, la zone où notre voiture était garée avant le transfert en jeep.
Direction la région de Surabaya après avoir terminé le voyage. Ici, nous vous déposerons dans la région de Surabaya, au même endroit que votre lieu de prise en charge. Vous pouvez demander si vous souhaitez vous rendre à un autre endroit autour de la ville de Surabaya.

We went to Mount Bromo with our family and had an amazing experience. We were picked up around midnight, and the car was very comfortable for the drive to the mountain area. The guide was very helpful throughout the trip and made everything run smoothly. The arrangement was excellent, from hotel pickup, transfer to the jeep, choosing a cozy coffee shop while waiting for sunrise, visiting the crater, and enjoying a delicious breakfast afterward. Everything was well-organized and stress free. Highly recommended for a family trip to Bromo!

We were picked up from the hotel at the agreed time and driven about 2.5 hours to Mount Bromo, where we switched to a Jeep for the last leg of the journey. Throughout the trip, our guide (Alfa) was great as was his school friend (Ridho), who drove us to and from Surabaya. Their English was very good and Alfa was very knowledgeable about the volcano and the local history. He also took a number of photos for us on the way up as well as some group pictures at the top. The nonchalant ones he took as we walked around were particularly good. Overall a fantastic and smooth experience. If we do any more trips from Surabaya, he'll be the first person we contact.

Guide got in touch the afternoon before to explain things and answer any questions. Throughout they were so friendly and approachable, offering to take pictures and asking questions, and offering ideas about things to see and do, but also left me to sleep as well when I was tired whilst travelling. Not a super cheap option, but worth it for the overall experience. Everyone involved was really helpful with all my questions and I was extremely satisfied with the excursion.

Great trip to the Bromo volcano excellently accompanied by Ziadan called ‘Dan’ for short. He speaks excellent English and guides you well. Like most tourists we were underdressed before the cold and wind at the top at dawn. So warm coats were rented from the local people. Good to know this is possible. Although we didn’t know that all of China comes there for instagrammable photos, we also got a beautiful photo session from Dan as a gift. The beautiful nature and Bromo did the rest. Was not in the description but nice. Dan sought the best places, cleanest toilets and provided an amused conversation about culture, history, politics and religion. This excursion is really worth doing. Then plan some space to rest and sleep.

We just got back from our Bromo family trip with Landscape Bromo Tour and honestly, it was really AMAZING! Everything was very horraaayyy 😂😂 with the guide faruq. We got picked at midnight and didnt sleep till morning. Haha. T(our kids loved him!). We left around midnight to catch the sunrise, and wow… it was seriously worth it. The view was magical, something we’ll never forget. The jeep ride was so much fun, especially for the kids.
