Le Stade panathénaïque, également appelé Kallimarmaro (Beau marbre), est un stade historique d'Athènes, en Grèce, et le seul stade au monde entièrement construit en marbre. Construit à l'origine vers 330 avant notre ère pour les Jeux panathénaïques, il a été rénové et agrandi à la fin du pour accueillir les premiers Jeux olympiques modernes en 1896.
La colline Lycabette est le deuxième point de vue le plus élevé d'Athènes, nommé par diverses légendes impliquant des loups ou la déesse Athéna, et offrant une vue panoramique sur la ville.

Panos was amazing! Prompt, informative, and accommodating. His comprehensive half day tour was super insightful…we really got a great understanding of Greek history thanks to his video and commentary. And the sights were fabulous. Airport transfer was on time and efficient. Vehicle was clean and well maintained, Panos himself was lovely. Kept us informed. Will definitely use the service again on our next trip to Athens!

Panos is so knowledgeable and professional. From prompt airport pick up (even though our flight was delayed by a day), to pick up at cruise port to a half day private tour he was beyond accommodating! Fabulous, easy, and informative tour. Michael offers a wealth of Greek history and navigated the streets of Athens like he grew up here (he did:). We saw all of the key landmarks and a few new ones we hope to return to. Don’t skip the Acropolis Museum. The archeological part of the site is fascinating and worth the price of admission even if you are short on time. Michael’s relaxed, flexible, and joyful personality made this day so much more enjoyable. His knowledge of the area and its history is remarkable and so fun. Book this trip, you will not regret it.

Dimitri did a great job of catering to our needs. We saw the main sights, found a nice lunch spot and was given time to shop. Being picked up and dropped off at our cruise was well worth it!

We had only one full day in Athens before departing and selected the half day Athens tour and paid just few Euros more for the larger vehicle and it was so worth it. Visibility to key attractions that were pointed out by our driver/guide Dimitris we could easily see. We saw and visited so many sites and made so many memories. We have used Viator many times and have never had a less than outstanding experience. Always so informed of the area, friendly and professional. Half day Athens was perfect.

Our tour of Athens was wonderful. Alex is an amazing tour guide. He has a great knowledge of Greek history. The tour company gave us a great suggestion on where we could park our rental car and the bus met us there to start our tour. All the sites we amazing.The Acropolis museum, the Parthanon, Mars Hill, Temple of Zeus, the changing of the guards. Highly recommend this tour!

George was a great tour guide. Though this is quite expensive it really was worth having someone take care of the tickets ahead of time so we could skip the lines and who knew exactly where to go and where to drop us off. We only had two days in Athens but I feel like George gave us a fantastic summary of the whole city

A great way to see the city. Mike was our driver, he picked us up and dropped us off at all of the sites. We were able to roam freely since we weren’t part of a big tour group. Highly recommend!
