Profitez de l'une des villes les plus incroyables de Belgique lors de cette excursion privée d'une journée à Anvers et Bruxelles au départ d'Amsterdam. Ensuite, vous aurez un peu de temps libre pour voir Anvers par vous-même. Atomium à Bruxelles, le grand palais royal et la cathédrale Saint-Michel sont les prochaines destinations. Il y a la possibilité d'acheter un bon chocolat ou de déjeuner à la Grand-Place. Vous avez quelques heures de temps libre pour vous passer dans le centre de Bruxelles. Cette visite est flexible ce qui signifie que vous pouvez choisir ce que vous voulez faire ou voir à Anvers et Bruxelles pendant la visite. Vous serez pris en charge à votre hôtel ou à une autre adresse à Amsterdam et le dépôt à la fin de la journée est également à votre hôtel à Amsterdam. Hamza took us around Belgium . We were on family trip during Christmas . Hamza is very friendly, Knowledgeable, patient, and full of amazing insights highly recommend him as a tour guide! He told us about the history of places with the knowledge he had and answered our curious kids questions . Absolutely enjoyed the trip
Jamal was on time as expected and immediately made us very comfortable. The van was very roomy and allowed us to enjoy the drive from Amsterdam to Belgium. He took us to important places during the tour and gave us directions when needed. Overall we enjoyed our trip tremendously and everything went well as expected. Jamal was thoughtful and personable. Highly recommend him for anyone who wants to enjoy a day tour of Belgium from Amsterdam.

We had a great day trip to Brussels from Amsterdam. Our driver( Sunny) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the trip very enjoyable and comfortable. One slight concern I would like to add not against our driver as he was only flowing instructions from the tour operator; but did his best to make our day a very pleasant enjoyable experience. Our schedule was supposed to include Antwerp as well then Brussels but the tour operator said that as I made the booking in December and only paid £740, now the tour costs 1045 euros, that’s way the tour didn’t include Antwerp in or journey. My point is that at the time of booking it included Antwerp as well as Brussels and I paid the full price at the time of booking. The tour operator expected my booking and didn’t mention that the price would go up in April( I made the booking in December). This is trade and description act for us in uk. You are basically cheated me. Any way our driver ( Sunny) made the day a wonderful memorable most enjoyable trip in Brussels.

You booked in December correct and the price was € 740,- I have proof here that you paid € 740,- for ONLY a Brussels tour total duration of 10 hours. We changed this tour 1 month ago and add Antwerp to this tour and also 1 hour extra. Thats why this tour is now € 978,-. We have not cheated you because you paid the old price of € 740,- and we gave you the new tour for this price and drove you to Antwerp and Brussels and gave you 1 hour extra as well. I will report this review to Viator because this is harmful for our business! And you booked also another tour to Bruges for the next day. Why you didn't canceled this tour if you think we cheated you??
Driver was punctual and van was very clean. Little guidance was given when we arrived at destinations. When we got to Brussels the Atomium was still closed and didn't open for another hour but he still had us walk around for 30min even though we mentioned everything was closed in the area. When we got to the city center didn't give us any direction just dropped us off. I was hoping for a little more time as well in Brussels since the activity said approx 11 hours. He picked us up at 7am and we were back at our hotel by 4:30pm.
Dear, Thank you for your review. I see that you booked for 07:00 AM pick up so you was early at Atomium that why it was closed but that is not our fault. I see that you only booked a Brussel tour and that means that the total duration incl. drive is 10 hours instead of 11 hours.

Gavin showed up to pick us up in a beautiful clean Mercedes van. He was so polite and dressed very professional and couldn’t have been more helpful. He knew exactly what to show us and always got us to a place to park that was close therefore we didn’t have to walk as far.
