The tour indicates that it is without queues, but two days before they will write to ask you to buy the fast track tickets. That is, it is not included in the tour price. We asked for a Spanish-speaking guide and when he arrived, he could barely say 4 words in Spanish. We lost more than 1 hour on tour, waiting for the guide to park... and a good time later waiting for her to buy some hawainas for her son!!! Amazing... Finally, the guide left us alone at the foot of the ceramic stairs, without giving us any explanation of its history and went to a parking lot. A great disappointment
Gui was really great guide. Knows everything about history, sigts, giving help with translation etc.... And has great music choice in the car :)
Carlos was excellent! I wanted to take him home with me. Very knowledgeable, passionate and easy to listen to about the history, politics and developments of Rio. I am slightly disabled and Carlos was empathtic and knew all the short cuts/disabled access to the top. If we had gone on our own we would have made a mess of it as the staff at Sugarloaf were nice but not particularly informative and directional. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and fully recommend a good tour guide to help learn and find the easy routes up.
What a fantastic and fun day! Guilherme was my guide and he was great. Good communication. Timely. I used Jurema as interpreter. GUI hired her. Between the two, you could not ask for more. Sugarloaf is a place you must see and experience.
We had a fantastic tour from Carlos. Really recommend him if you get the chance to book. He was so knowledgeable, knew we had limited time in the city and covered off loads of sights without making us feel like we’d done too much. I’m also so glad he encouraged us to get fast pass to Sugar Loaf as the queues are absolutely crazy! We went up at sunset and although it was rammed, the views were spectacular. Would definitely go with Carlos again the next time we’re back in Rio!
Great tour guide.Carlos was excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable and showed all the interesting places without rushing us .Highly recommended Carlos if you get chance to book him
We were lucky that our guide, Romulo, was so knowledgeable as well as helpful. The weather wasn’t perfect so we avoided Cristo but did manage the Sugar Loaf as well as a city tour, the beaches and Selaron steps. Romulo gave us an insightful tour with information on the culture and social fabric of life in Rio As well as tte history. We will definitely recommend Romulo to anyone wanting a Rio tour and will ask him to guide for us the next time we visit. It was a fantastic tour.

Excellent tour, our guide helped us through the lineups.

This was perfect tour for us, a group of 5 people Note that the price reflects group price. We wanted short city tour with more time at Sugarloaf including Sunset. The owner/Guide accommodated our request. The pickup was on time. That day it was very hot in Rio. Vehicle was very comfortable and clean. The city tour included whatever we wanted to see in city and some of the must see attractions, recommended by owner/guide. Guide was English speaking and knowledgeable.
This was perfect tour for us, a group of 5 people Note that the price reflects group price.
