Le lac Tuz (sel) était le deuxième plus grand lac de Turquie avec sa superficie de 1 665 km² et l'un des plus grands lacs hypersalins au monde. Il est situé dans la région de l'Anatolie centrale, à 105 km au nord-est de Konya, à 150 km au sud-sud-est d'Ankara et à 57 km au nord-ouest d'Aksaray. Le trajet aller-retour dure environ 5 à 6 heures. Tout d'abord, mon chauffeur viendra vous chercher à votre hôtel. Salt Lake se trouve à environ 1 heure et 45 minutes de route de Göreme. Le meilleur moment pour visiter le lac salé est au coucher du soleil. Nous partirons à 14h en hiver et à 15h en été car les journées sont courtes en hiver. Vous pouvez passer 1 à 2 heures au lac salé pour profiter et prendre des photos. Parfois, nous pouvons aussi voir des oiseaux comme des flamants roses. Nous vous fournirons de l'eau en bouteille, du jus de fruits et de quoi manger pour vous rafraîchir. Après la visite, lorsque vous êtes à l'aise, revenez. nous vous ramènerons à votre hôtel.

This is a fake review. We did not operate this tour. Our tours are private, and we don't sell them for 80. I don't know with whom this guest booked the tour, and where they took him, I reported to TripAdvisor, and they have removed the. remove once, but now it is 2nd time this guest has made this fake review on our product.

After 2 hours drive, arrived at the lake half hour before sunset. Our guide Asim helped us to take some photos and then allow us free time to explore by ourselves. The pink colour of the lake is really amazing. There is not much salt lake only tour in Cappadocia and we have made the right choice.

It was an extremeley terrible experience as we have joined couple tours in Cappadocia and every local tour used to contact me one day in advance. We have paid for the salt lake tour few weeks before the day. On that day, we waited for the tour to pick up in our chosen hotel 30 mins in advance. Before 10 mins of the meet up time, I message via what app the local tour company and the staff said they needed to check and they missed booking and thats why they cant pick us on that day. It wasted us a whole day. Also, the local tour initaite the full refund, and the amount involve exchnage rate and it credited to my credit card. That's why I lose my money and time and got nothing. It was a SUPER horrible experience
The guest is 100% right. Unfortunately, during the transition to our new reservation system, we were unable to see any reservations, and because of this technical fault, we were not aware of their booking. When the guest contacted us, we immediately reached out to Viator and only then discovered the reservation, but it was already too late to start the tour at the last minute. We asked if they could reschedule for the next day, but they had only one day in Cappadocia. In that situation, the only option was to issue a refund, which we processed in full. Even though the issue was caused by a technical system error rather than a mistake on our side, we still provided a 100% refund. We are truly sorry that the guests experienced this inconvenience.
영어 가이드가 있다고 써있음에도 불구하고 나를 맞이하러 온건 터키어만 가능한 드라이버 한명 뿐이었다. 물론 한명으로 신청하긴 했지만 162$는 꽤 큰 돈임에도 불구하고 내가 제공받을 수 있었던 서비스는 오로지 운전밖에 없었다. Lake tuz 자체는 굉장히 좋았고 그 드라이버는 좋은 사람이었으며 그를 탓하고 싶지 않다. 하지만 이 투어를 제공하는 제공자는 탓하고 싶다. 렌트카를 빌려서 간 것과 차이가 아무런 차이가 없었을 것이다. Although it was stated that an English-speaking guide would be provided, the only person who came to pick me up was a driver who could only speak Turkish. Of course, I booked for one person, but even so, paying $162 was quite a lot, and the only service I actually received was driving. Lake Tuz itself was wonderful, and the driver was a good person — I don’t want to blame him. However, I do want to hold the tour provider responsible. It would have been no different from renting a car and going there on my own.
you are mistaken. It is clearly mentioned that "In-person guide is also the driver". There is no seperate guide. Salt lake is 2 hours drive from cappadocia , taking a taxi to salt lake and coming back charges around 350 dollar, and after the sunset you wanted to wait there for 1 extra hour to watch the full moon and we agreed to stay for you without extra charges. a taxi would have charged you for extra money for that,. our drivers can speak english and they help our guests take great pictures at the lake. We delivred what was promissed and donot t deserve 1 star rating.
Luckily we were the only team at that day but they gave us the big comfy car. There was no water in July but the lake was really huge so it felt like we're in the diffrent planet's field. We took a lot of pictures so we spent quite a long time but the driver waited us patiently☺️ The drivin was smooth too. We thought it's quite expensive but it was worth it.

Asim is a very nice guide and photographer. Great with posing instructions and very considerate. He even helped us with our bags when we were posing. And he is knowledgeable about the place. Also, even though there is some misunderstanding about the booking, he believed us and went on with the package we chose. Of course, the photographs are good. Highly recommend.
