The tour guides are very timely taking around all the promised places of the package, knowledgeable about the area and update you with loads of information. I could not have done taking my family by myself to all those places in such a short time. It is quite worth it to take these guy's expertise to be more productive.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!!  My family and I just recently booked this experience and could not have been more disappointed/frustrated!  It is literally just an overpriced taxi service that you overpay to buy tickets for you rather than providing any real value on its own.  More particularly, the description on the webpage is arguably misleading in terms of what they do versus what the attractions themselves provide.  The tour company has very little regard for its customers.  To clarify, this is a review of the tour/service itself rather than the Falls and other Niagara landmarks. The issues began before the tour even did.  We were told See Sight would reach out before the tour date to confirm timing of pick-up.  We still had not heard anything the night before so we had to call in and were told we would be picked up at 8am.  The following morning at close to 7am, we receive a call/text stating that due to driver issues, our tour pick-up time would be getting moved to 9am and the driver would reach out when on his way.  I emphasized with two separate reps that we need the tour to finish by the new scheduled time of 1-1:15pm as we need to check out of the hotel.  We were reassured that would happen multiple times. My family (incl. 5 and 7 yr olds) and I got down to the Lobby by 8:50.  At 9:15am, still had not heard from the driver so called in to the tour operator.  Driver showed up at 9:20am for a 9am tour (not a great start).  I reiterated the need to complete by a specific time, and he stated he would get us back on track.  We drove about 5 minutes with another family in the van, driver shared a few tidbits of local history, and then got dropped off at our first stop "Behind the Falls."  I emphasize the 'dropped off' as the driver quickly hurried us up to the entry then said he had to run to drive another group and he would be back in about 75 minutes.  He told us to just go walk around until he got back. We were all very surprised that he would not be waiting with us and would be running back and forth between different tour groups.  The paid portion of this stop literally gets done in less than 10 minutes even with us spending more time than most other people.  Had we known we would get done that quickly then maybe we would have proactively booked the "Niagara Takes Flight" to fit into our available window, but instead we (and the other family separately) finished the main part, explored a bit, then just ended up waiting around for a half hour until we could leave. We eventually get picked back up and are told that instead of doing the Skylon Tower which is nearby, we would be taken across town to the whirlpool then circle back to the boat cruise to effectively fill time based on the other group. This 20 minute roundtrip was the most "guided" information we got from the driver.  We eventually were taken to the boat cruise and told we would be picked up at 12:15pm.  After the cruise, we promptly got back to the meet point a few minutes early, only for the driver to not show up until 12:35pm and still then go take the other group up to the entry.  By the time the driver returned, it was 12:40pm with the Skylon Tower still left to do for at tour expected to end at 1pm.  Keep in mind there were no lines/delays caused by anything other than See Sight tours themselves.   My family and I decided to leave the tour at that point and walk back to our hotel a block away as there was no way the driver was going to get us loaded into the van, drive to the tower, allow us to experience the tower, and then get us back to the hotel anywhere near the time we expected in order to avoid a late check-out that we already had extended to accommodate the tour's initial changes. I was messaging with the operator throughout all of this.  At the end, the operator stated they would look into a possible refund due to all of the issues.  They then went silent.  I followed up a few days later, and they never even responded.  So even in their failure and given the opportunity to do right by their customers, they decided they just do not care.   Ultimately, the driver was a really nice individual, but the tour itself was awful with ZERO respect for its customers.  This tour positions itself as a "premium" service.  It is not.  You would be better off just buying all of the landmark tickets on your own and then either drive, bus, or Uber between locations as most of them are actually fairly near each other.  You will save yourself a couple hundred dollars as well as a few hours of time as you can move around on your schedule versus a company that is trying to squeeze in as many tours as possible to maximize their own revenue.  This trip ruined my children's first and possibly only visit ever to Niagara as well as just started our week vacation in Canada on such a terrible note.  Do better for your family and avoid these guys.

I was with my mom and kids for nigara falls visit. Everything went smoothly with see sight tours. Our guide Parminder was the best. She kept us comfortable and the whole group together. She even made arrangements for my mom to get a ride from table rock to boats since we did not had any apps on our phone. She was kind with my kids and give them small gifts. I am so happy with the company. And parminder deserves the entire credit. Thank you !! All the best to her. 10/10 would highly recommend this tour

Great tour - guide was excellent. Van and small tour size (7 people) was great. Included tickets to the top of the Skylon Tower, the tunnels behind the falls, the boat tout, and a short drive and commentary around the city. Guide walked us up to the entrances and being part of a small tour we got to skip some of the lines.

We had a great time. Our tour guide was the best and so knowledgeable. We went with family and friends. All stopping points were wonderful.

Our tour was such a fun experience. It took all of the guesswork and hassle out of planning our visit to The Falls. Our guide, Sheryl, was absolutely fantastic! She made it fun and informative. Highly recommend.

We had good and memorable vacation. Our guide Parminder was kind and very knowledgeable. Ask for her if you wanna laugh, learn and have fun at the falls. 🫡

Fun tour that allows one to experience Niagara falls from above, behind, and right up close by boat. Vanessa our tour guide was wonderfu and full of details about Niagara falls and the area. Very fun and wet!
