Vous commencerez votre visite à la statue équestre emblématique d’Henri IV, dit le « Bon Roi ». Il symbolise les réalisations du roi pour ramener la stabilité en France après les guerres de religion.
Cette paisible oasis de verdure se trouve à la pointe de l'île de la Cité et vous offre une vue panoramique sur la Seine. Il doit son nom au roi Henri IV, surnommé le « galant du Vert » pour ses escapades romantiques.
Ensuite, vous visiterez cette place triangulaire cachée au cœur de l’île de la Cité, l’un des endroits les plus charmants et calmes de Paris. Construit par Henri IV, il a été conçu pour créer un quartier résidentiel paisible.
Vous passerez ensuite devant la cour d'appel, élément essentiel du système judiciaire français, où sont entendus les principaux recours juridiques. Ici, vous pourrez admirer son impressionnante façade de l’extérieur.
Votre guide vous montrera cette tour de l'horloge, l'une des plus anciennes de Paris, installée en 1370 pour symboliser le pouvoir royal et la justice. C’est un rappel de l’importance médiévale du chronométrage dans la vie urbaine.
Vous pourrez admirer le grand extérieur de la Conciergerie, autrefois palais royal et plus tard prison célèbre pendant la Révolution française. Son architecture gothique laisse entrevoir son histoire sombre. Surclassez votre billet pour inclure une visite post-tour à l'intérieur de ce bâtiment médiéval inhabituel.
Vous découvrirez également l’extérieur classique du Palais de Justice, qui est le centre du pouvoir judiciaire depuis des siècles, abritant les plus hautes juridictions du pays.

Ici, vous pourrez admirer l'architecture gothique qui a captivé les visiteurs pendant des siècles. Vous verrez sa façade emblématique, ses sculptures complexes et ses flèches imposantes. (Entrée non incluse.)
Votre visite à pied se termine devant l'entrée de la crypte archéologique. Vous profiterez ensuite d'une visite libre (billet inclus) pour voir les fondations de Paris en contrebas de Notre-Dame.

Deceptive listing. Despite the cost it does not include access inside the building. This was made clear only after I paid, so I immediately asked for a refund and was refused.

My family and I booked a walking tour of Ille de la Cite and Notre Dame with Sophie this weekend. Sophie took her time explaining the history and the background of each street and building.
