Vienna in January is COLD! Outside of the obvious weather obstacles, our tour-guide Billy was phenomenal! She met us promptly at our hotel, provided ear pieces so we could clearly hear her as we walk the city without needing to raise her voice and blend in. We walked for three hours around many of the most important sights of central Vienna, popping into buildings periodically to thaw. She was very well informed and had been such a guide for over 20 years. She was very kind, flexible and approachable. In my view, this was the best way to experience Vienna with limited time!
Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re thrilled to hear that Biljana made your winter visit to Vienna such a great experience despite the cold. Her knowledge, experience, and thoughtful approach truly make a difference. We’re so glad you felt it was the best way to see Vienna in a short time — we hope to welcome you again! Best regards, Good Vienna Tours
Our guide was so informative and knowledgeable. I had read much about Vienna but learned so much more. Highly recommend this tour.
This tour was well worth the added expense due to the personalized service. A small group tour is the way to go. The guide was very informative.
We had a wonderful tour of Vienna’s Old City. Michael was our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and funny. Visited many of the historical sites. We highly recommend this tour and ask for Michael!

This was a great experience seeing the sites and learning some history about Vienna. The tour was worth it. My father had a mobility scooter and he was able to get around just fine. The streets and sidewalks accommodate people that need mobility devices.

I had an amazing tour of Vienna with Ana, and it was truly unforgettable. From the stunning architecture to the rich history, Ana brought the city to life in a way that made everything feel practically magical. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making every stop engaging and fun. Whether it was the grand palaces or hidden gems, the tour was the perfect way to experience Vienna. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!
This was incredible. This tour company is so good and so accommodating. There was a system glitch and it ticketed me for a tour that was full. They contacted me early and offered a tour just for me as a solo traveler. Edi was the best and I learned so much about Vienna. Book anything with Good Vienna Tours!
Walking the old city with Lisa was a pleasure. She is easy to listen to and very knowledgeable about history and the current context. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience on my walking tour. First, I missed my original appointment due to my flight being delayed so the organizers were very good about allowing me to change my tour to later in the week. Next, my guide was amazing. She not only showed me all the major historical and cultural sites in Vienna, but also familiarized me with stories, hidden places to visit and eat, buildings where Mozart had lived and even small pieces of information about living in Vienna that made me feel more comfortable in the area. I highly suggest this tour if you want to feel comfortable walking around the city and getting the best advice about places to spend your time visiting. My guide was so friendly and knowledgeable, the whole experience felt like walking around Vienna with a longtime friend.
History of Vienna compounding and its position in Europe for so long added to the walk which Eddie did so well
