Jasmine was the best tour guide we could’ve asked for. She was born and raised in Yogyakarta and clearly knew the cuisine very well. Her warmth and friendliness made the whole tour so worth it. The street food in new places can be daunting but having a local person showing us Indonesia’s delicious dishes made the experience 10x better. Besides our incredible guide the food was also incredible. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Yogya! :)
Our local Yogya guide was lovely. As one of the businesses cofounders, we were in very good hands. We visited many food vendors that she has personal connections with, allowing for a very authentic experience. The food was of course exceptionally delicious. Thank you.
It was fun exploring around Jogja both on foot and in pedcak while eating along the way. There was a good variety of food, all of which were amazing. Kalika our guide did a great job guiding us through the city and different dishes.
The best food tour I’ve done! Kalika was an amazing guide and we feel so lucky to have experienced Yogyakarta with her! She was so knowledgeable and shared lots of pearls about Jogja that we would have never known without her. She definitely made us fall in love with the city! Kalika went above and beyond ensuring our food was hygienic and safe - she brought clean utensils and napkins for us and always checked our food to make sure it looked good! This was a tour introducing us to a wide variety of interesting and tasty street food. Our guide was informative and really friendly with great English. Make sure you are hungry as there is lots of food. I highly recommend this tour.

We very much enjoyed eating our way Yogyakarta. Kalika arranged a fantastic experience of a variety of local foods from snacks to drinks to main meals. She also arranged the local bacek as our transport, which made the tour extra special.
We really enjoyed this food tour. We experienced a great variety of local foods, from drinks and snacks to main dishes local to Yogyakarta. The tour was more than just a walking food tour. Kalika engaged Bajaj (like a tuk tuk) to transport us from location to location, as well as providing us with lots of knowledge about culture, tradition and city history. Highly recommend.
Kalika is a lovely guide and she gave us the best foodtour of Yogya! She brought us to a lot of different spots in the city and explained things about the culture and the food. We tried so many different things and they were all delicious! We also took local transport that she had arranged for us beforehand. Would definitely recommended this tour if you’re visiting Yogya, we had a great time!
What a fantastic evening in Yogyakarta with Anisa! Not only did we try some delicious local Indonesian food, but we also got to learn more about the city and Indonesian culture.
