James &Co have been both knowledgeable, well prepared and at the same time adaptable and flexible. they engaged in the discussions and delivered their stories in a very balanced way. Our family consisting of 3 different nationalities enjoyed it very much, since everyone got something new from the tour
James our tour guide was lovely! He was very informative and took his time with the tour. He allowed us time to take photos and take pictures, we were blessed with lovely weather which made the tour even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend. A great way to experience the latin quarter. Very good value for money as it included entrance to Notre dame also. James also blessed us with a lovely sample of his singing. A lovely way to spend 1 hr 45 mins.

Tour person did not show up the according time and location. This was a waste of our time. This was part of our honeymoon and customer support was useless. Many reviews from September are starting the same thing. Stay away from this vendor.
It was cancelled at the last minute and I was not notified. Since I was the only one who showed up at the meeting place, I think the guide felt it wasn't worth it for just one person, so didn't show. This is the first time I've had a bad experience when booking with Viator.
Our tour guide, James, was amazing. His knowledge of the Latin Quarter, the monuments, culture, etc. was like having your Wikipedia page open.
No communication from tour operator nor Trip Advisor (TA). We showed up for our 10:30 tour (Latin Qtr Walking Tour) to be told it was cancelled. She said an email was sent - lie #1 - no email was sent canceling. I did receive reminders from TA to attend. Then I received an email requesting I write a review of the canceled tour. Our tour guide then took 2 people on a private tour of Notre Dame. My guess is that my tour was canceled to accommodate a higher paying private tour. Where is my refund?
They canceled our tour without notifying us. We showed up and they couldn’t find our reservation. Then they said an email was sent -date and time unknown - canceling our tour. We received no such notification and in fact received a reminder for our tour from trip advisor that morning and a link to rate the tour after the time it was due to end. It was a very disappointing experience. The woman there said she was only in charge of Note Dame tours and no one was here for the Latin Quarter tour so she couldn’t really help us even though it was the same company. We are supposed to be refunded but it has not happened yet
Wonderful area of Paris to visit. I think there was alot of time in beginning getting started, and need to get more time to walk thru San Chappell, advise people to allow time at the end to walk through the luxemborg Gardens.
Choose Silvia, she was very knowledgeable, prepared and nice. We learned so much from her and it was a highlight of our trip. She also hosts the foodie tour she said. 5 stars!
