We had an incredible tour with Gustavo! From the very beginning, he was warm, kind, and incredibly accommodating. My mom occasionally uses a wheelchair, and he was so thoughtful and patient, making sure she was comfortable throughout the tour. Zürich can be challenging to navigate in a wheelchair, but Gustavo adjusted the pace and route with genuine care. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much fascinating history, local culture, and hidden gems that we never would have found on our own. As a bonus, he also speaks Spanish, which made the experience even more enjoyable for our family. At the end of the tour, we realized we had accidentally left something at a store, and Gustavo graciously walked us back to help us retrieve it. That level of kindness and customer service went far beyond our expectations. If you’re looking for a guide who is knowledgeable, personable, compassionate, and truly cares about his guests, Gustavo is the one to book. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
Provides a very good overview of the old town Zurich on both sides of the river. Mostly a neighborhood walk with several unique sites that provide additional insight into the history of the city. Guide was very knowledgeable and a great personality.
We were 6 minutes late due to ride problems and were left in the dust. Called and texted - asked that someone double back to pick us up. Still waiting for reply.

He was knowledgeable about Switzerland and Zurich and also shared personal experiences that gave us deep insight into the state of affairs—cultural and political and historical—in the city and the country. Very friendly, considerate of our needs, and very informative. Excellent!

We enjoyed this tour as we wondered the Zürich cobblestone streets, into churches, by the waterways and to other interesting places. Gustavo was a great guide. He told interesting facts and stories about the history of the city which made it a fun experience. We ended the trip by going to a chocolate stop. Yum!!
