Lors de cette visite gastronomique de 3 heures dans la vieille ville de Dubrovnik, découvrez des saveurs authentiques et l'histoire guidée par un Expert local agréé. Autant un tour d'histoire qu'un tour culinaire, il tisse des siècles de culture et de gastronomie à travers l'une des villes médiévales les mieux préservées d'Europe. Vous visiterez 4 endroits en cours de route : un restaurant de rue, deux restaurants familiaux traditionnels et un lieu de dessert appartenant à un pâtissier qui travaillait auparavant dans un restaurant étoilé. Avec plus de 10 dégustations et trois vins locaux associés, vous goûterez des recettes encore cuisinées dans les maisons de Dubrovnik aujourd'hui, certaines préparées uniquement à des jours spécifiques de l'année, et des plats enracinés dans la tradition des 16e et 19e siècles de l'époque de la République de Dubrovnik. La visite se termine par des desserts artisanaux et un verre de liqueur locale ou de café. Les petits groupes gardent les choses personnelles et non pressées.

La grande fontaine d'Onofrio est un point de repère important à Dubrovnik, en Croatie, également un point de rencontre pour notre visite gastronomique. Située à l'entrée de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik, près de la porte Pile, cette grande fontaine circulaire est un exemple remarquable de l'infrastructure historique et de la grandeur architecturale de la ville. Construite en 1438 par le célèbre ingénieur italien Onofrio della Cava, la fontaine faisait partie d'un système complexe d'approvisionnement en eau qui amenait l'eau d'une source située à plus de 11 km. Malgré les dommages causés par un tremblement de terre en 1667 et la guerre d'indépendance croate dans les années 1990, la fontaine a été bien restaurée et continue de servir de source d'eau publique fonctionnelle, offrant des rafraîchissements frais aux habitants et aux touristes.

Stradun, également connue sous le nom de Placa, est la rue principale de Dubrovnik et est considérée comme la bouée de sauvetage de la ville. Cette voie piétonne pavée de calcaire s'étend sur environ 300 mètres, reliant deux portes de la ville, la porte Pile à l'ouest et la porte Ploče à l'est, et traverse le cœur de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik, classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO.
La colonne d'Orlando, connue sous le nom de "pilier d'Orlando" ou "colonne de Roland" à Dubrovnik, est un monument historique important situé au cœur de la vieille ville. Érigée en 1418, la colonne abrite une statue du chevalier médiéval Orlando (ou Roland), une figure de légende qui incarne la liberté et le courage de Dubrovnik. La colonne, faite de calcaire, mesure 17 pieds de haut et était traditionnellement utilisée comme site d'annonce publique, symbole de justice et unité de mesure pour les vendeurs de tissus locaux. Riche en folklore et en histoire, la colonne d'Orlando est un symbole durable du patrimoine culturel et de la résilience de Dubrovnik.
Le marché Gundulićeva Poljana, communément appelé marché de la place Gundulić, est un marché en plein air animé situé sur la place Gundulić, au cœur de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. Nommée d'après le célèbre poète de Dubrovnik Ivan Gundulić, la place se transforme chaque matin en un marché animé. Vous aurez la chance de goûter l'une des douceurs traditionnelles de Dubrovnik proposées sur l'un des stands du marché fermier.
Guide vous conduira aux célèbres escaliers jésuites connus sous le nom de marches Espagnoles ou marches de la honte dans la vieille ville. Sur la place au-dessus des marches se trouvera l'un des restaurants. Vous y dégusterez des plats authentiques de l'époque de la République de Dubrovnik datant des XVIe et XIXe siècles accompagnés de vins de la région locale.

L'arrêt final sera une pâtisserie près du Vieux-Port où vous aurez la chance d'essayer des gâteaux traditionnels ou la glace aux saveurs locales associées aux liqueurs traditionnelles croates

Local, authentic and insert here all the other buzzword. There is a bit of walking but not much. Food was great. Guide was great. If you get Ana you will be very lucky - she is very knowledgeable, empathic and authentic. You will also get suggestions for other places. If somebody says - you will get more if you just go around and do it yourselves - then you don't understand what is the value of this tour. We get very personal and detailed explanations and you literally ask about anything. This was one of our trips highlight and I regret that we didn't start with it.

a lot of delicious and unique food with stories behind it - focused on local ingredients, with 3 healthy pours of wine and a shot of local liqueur at the end. definitely didn’t leave hungry!!
