Chaque année, Macy crée un merveilleux nouveau thème pour ses vitrines des fêtes. Il faut 8 mois pour créer des présentoirs pour une saison à venir. Ces vitrines spectaculaires feront sûrement ressortir l'enfant en chacun de nous. Avec une moyenne de 10 000 passants par heure, Macy's est apparemment en train d'apporter la magie de la saison des fêtes à ses fenêtres.
Aucune visite à New York pendant les vacances ne serait complète sans une visite au Winter Village At Bryant Park! C'est vraiment un hotspot de New York à Noël, alors que des milliers de personnes visitent le parc pour patiner sur la plus grande patinoire extérieure de New York, profiter de leur grand et beau sapin de Noël ou visiter l'une des 100 boutiques éphémères en plein air pour des cadeaux uniques, des boissons chaudes et de la nourriture. Apparemment, Sak n'épargne aucune dépense pour la décoration de ses fenêtres pour la saison des fêtes. En plus des vitrines incroyablement magnifiques qui seront sans aucun doute le point culminant de toutes vos opportunités de photo, Sak's divertit également les passants avec un spectacle de lumière musicale affiché sur la façade du bâtiment. Cette église catholique romaine est architecturalement magnifique de l'extérieur avec une nef et un intérieur tout aussi magnifiques. L'église a été construite dans les années 1800 et c'est certainement l'une des cathédrales les plus impressionnantes de New York, attirant des millions de visiteurs chaque année.
Le vrai sapin de Noël en épicéa norvégien de 70 à 100 pieds est probablement le sapin de Noël le plus célèbre au monde! Décoré avec 50000 lumières LED et surmonté d'un arbre de 9 pi, 70 pointes, 3 millions de cristaux Swarovski, le voir sera certainement un point culminant de votre expérience de vacances! La rumeur dit que Bergdorf paie à ses concepteurs entre 40 000 $ et 100 000 $ par fenêtre, pour nommer leurs énormes fenêtres avec des thèmes de vacances uniques qui impressionnent des milliers de passants. Ce sont généralement certaines des fenêtres les plus spectaculaires offrant de merveilleuses opportunités de photos de vacances.
Tout près du Radio City Music Hall, il y a plusieurs superbes photos de vacances que nous ne vous laisserons pas manquer! Debra was a great tour guide. She showed us the sights and the lights and gave us a lot of history and interesting stories along the way. She navigated us to and through the best spots for lights and pictures.

Debbie was great! This was my wife and I first time to New York. We wanted to see as many Christmas lights and displays in the city as we could. It was a cold night and she still made it fun and lively. She was always willing to take pictures and get us to the right spots. She had a good balance of factual sharing and allowing us to soak in the amazing views of the city. We would highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful tour with Debbie as our tour guide. She was fun and informative and she ensured we felt safe. Did see lights but more of a history and shopping tour. The guide was very nice and very knowledgeable but I would not have paid to do the shopping and history
We are disappointed to hear that your tour's content did nor meet your expectations. The specific details of this tour's content is written in its description, as follows: "This holiday tour is jam-packed with fun facts, stories of holiday traditions, visits to view NYC's most spectacular holiday decorations and lights, . .". We've structured our tour with fun historical facts about the origins of the Christmas holiday IN ADDITION to visits to NYC's BEST HOLIDAY LIGHTS, DECORATIONS & WINDOW DISPLAYS as a way to add an interesting dimension to a guest's experience on this tour. Additionally, the visit to the beautiful Bank of America Winter Village, which does have 100 holiday pop-up stores, is not a stop for shopping, per se. Although tour guests are certainly welcome to do so, the main purpose for our visit to this area is to provide guests wirh a restroom break, allow guests to purchase warm drinks or food if desired, and most importantly, to enjoy the holiday vibe of this area with its beautiful Christmas tree and massive ice rink. Although our tour description is pretty well detailed, we feel badly that it fell short of your expectations. our tour was cancelled because of the tree lighting celebration. it was rescheduled for tonight. but we have reservations for another event. i am wondering about the refund. when will i receive it?

Due to the Rockefeller Center Annual Christmas Tree Lighting event on December 4th, we had no clear choice but to reschedule this Holiday Lights Extravaganza tour from December 4th to December 5th. We'd sent you, as well as other scheduled guests, notification of this necessary date change well in advance of the originally scheduled tour date. We are so sorry that you were unable to attend the rescheduled tour. In conjunction with our policies for tour cancellation, you did not cancel your tour within the time limit required by our guidelines. This policy is necessary as we must pay our tour guides regardless of whether guests show up for their tour or not. Your group was the only one scheduled for the rescheduled tour on December 5. Below, is a reminder of our clearly stated cancellation policy which you received during your original booking: “For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.” Please note that “24-hours” is ACTUALLY 24-hours; not approximately 24-hours. That said, in the interest of goodwill we have broken precedent and have authorized Viator to refund a portion of your tour although we were not obligated to do this. Tour reviews are an important way for potential customers to learn about what they can expect to experience WHILE ON A TOUR. It’s unfortunate that your review had nothing to do with an actual tour experience but rather with how you felt after cancelling your tour beyond the limits of our written cancellation policy. We are sorry that you were unable to attend what would have been an amazing experience and that you are undoubtedly disappointed with the outcome of our decision. We ended up with a private tour with Debbie and it was amazing! She was full of fascinating information, tips and stories! She went at our pace and adjusted to our wants. She was friendly and ensured we got the very best pictures. Would definitely recommend!

We took this adventure on a rainy night and everyone cancelled but 2 of us. Debbie Mason was amazing. Her knowledge of the city, upbeat tour was great. She covers so many must see sights, and evening is THE time to see NY ... it was spectaculor

We will be adding the new tour this later this year. Dyker Heights is a residential neighborhood. Each December, bus loads of visitors flock to the area to view the neighborhood's over-the-top holiday lights, decorations and seasonal displays. It truly is spectacular!
