As advertised does not include admission to the Anne Franke house , however our guide Patrick was highly knowledgeable about Amsterdam before and during the German occupation. Great sights , monuments seen, and Patrick explained intricacies of the monuments one would not know if without a guide . Easy walking , great sites . Well worth the expense !
Our guide, Manual, gave a passionate accounting of the nazi invasion of Amsterdam, the Dutch resistance and of the brave young girl who kept a diary. Most moving, the Holocaust Memorial. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear that Manuel’s passion and storytelling made the history of Amsterdam, the Dutch resistance, and Anne Frank’s story meaningful for you. The Holocaust Memorial is indeed a very moving part of the experience, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. Kind regards, EuroQuest Travel Netherlands
Despite it not being the ann frank house, our guide was amazing and adapted the experience to my teens. They said they learnt more in 2h than a year at school
Thank you so much for your kind review. We’re very happy to hear that your guide made the experience engaging and meaningful for your teens. It’s wonderful to know they learned so much in just two hours. That is exactly what we hope this tour can offer: a deeper understanding of Anne Frank’s story, Amsterdam during the war, and the history surrounding it. Kind regards,
Very well done and informative. The tour guide presented well and was well prepared. It was very enjoyable.

I joined the Anne Frank Walking Tour with EuroQuest Travel Netherlands and it was outstanding from start to finish. Our guide balanced precise historical facts with compassionate storytelling, connecting the city’s streets to the personal life of Anne Frank and the wider context of WWII. The route was thoughtfully paced, with time for questions and quiet reflection at key stops. I especially appreciated the respectful tone, clear directions, and practical tips for visiting nearby sites afterward. Whether you’ve read the Diary once or many times, this tour adds depth, perspective, and humanity. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amsterdam.
The guide was extremely knowledgeable but he spoke too quickly and at times could not understand what he was saying. Someone in our group asked him to slow down when talking. But then he went back to speaking quickly again
Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the guide extremely knowledgeable, but we’re sorry that the pace of speaking made parts of the tour difficult to follow. We understand how important clear communication is, especially on a historical tour with many details. We will share your comments with the guide and remind our team to speak at a comfortable pace throughout the experience. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve. Kind regards,
What an unforgettable experience with EuroQuest Netherlands’ Anne Frank Tour! Everything was impeccably organized—no confusion about meeting points or timing. Our guide, Marijke, brought history to life with deep knowledge, personal anecdotes, and thoughtful context. Though we didn’t enter the house itself, passing by the Anne Frank House outside allowed for meaningful reflection as Marijke shared stories about its secret history and the neighborhood’s wartime atmosphere. The pacing was perfect: insightful stops in the Jewish Cultural Quarter, glimpses of hidden courtyards you’d never find on your own, and engaging discussions every step of the way. Small group size made it easy to ask questions, and our guide answered each one with genuine passion. If you’re looking for a professional, personal, and well-organized tour that illuminates Anne Frank’s world from the streets where she lived, this is a must!
Fascinating history well told by our guide. Glad to see ongoing research into all the lives lost and attempts not to forget them.
We wanted to visit the museum itself but unfortunately it will take month in advance to book. We end up with the Anne Frank Walking Tour, its a glimpze of history during WWII and our guide brought us to places where all the important events happend during the occupation. We were able to visit locations with significant history information. Thanks to team organizing, the is knowledgeable.
I had an incredible experience on the Anne Frank Tour with EuroQuest Travel Netherlands! Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging, bringing the story of Anne Frank and WWII history to life as we walked through the Jewish Quarter and past key historical sites. The tour was both moving and educational — a powerful way to connect with Amsterdam's past. Highly recommend this meaningful and well-organized tour!
