Daniel was great! Some people left in the middle without tipping... please dont do that. The $5 is the booking fee through viator, does not go to the guides.
This free walking tour is actually not free. The cost is $10 and the tip is requested and almost made us feel bad if we did not tip a certain amount ($10 each person). The guide was difficult to understand as his mastery of the English language was not perfected. However, the sights were interesting and he allowed my sister and I to store our luggage as we were merely passing through Cusco. Overall a good experience but just to be aware that this tour is actually around $20 USD per person.
Enriching tour of the city of Cusco. Rosalía, our guide, is truly a great asset. A lot of knowledge and great warmth in sharing the history of the Inca and the transition to the viceroyalty period. We finished with a new perspective on what we had been seeing thanks to her explanations. Additionally, she took us to a chocolate shop where, besides giving us a tasting, they told us a lot about cacao here in Peru. We toured different neighborhoods, ending at the San Blas viewpoint after it had already darkened (we took the tour that starts at 3:30 PM), and that gave us an incredible postcard. It is definitely worth it. I truly highlight the warmth, patience, and wisdom of Rosalía. A luxury!

Wonderful and very informative tour by our guide Danny. We visited many historical sites where he explained the significance of each. We stopped by the market and tasted different types of cheese from the region and learned about many local items. Tasted 10+ types of chocolate from a local store and I had to return to a local artist shop to purchase a painting. No pressure to buy, just exposed to so many walks of local life. Thanks for a great tour Danny!

This was a great way to visit and get to know Cusco. We hit many of the historical sites as well as marketplaces in central squares. The tour guide was very informative and patient and did not rush the tour. I would highly recommend this to for other people.
The square is very beautiful which in my life I have visited but I would return to Cusco again and again but I would return with all my family and friends
