Arrived on cruise ship excursion..couldnt find location to pick up audio equipment..went to other tour and audio locations around the entrance area and nobody knew of the provider..phoned contact number and got a disconect msg.thankfully only €23 wasted.avoid at all costs..also my colleseum trip was automatically canncelled with no explanation..i did recieve a refund but will not be using viator again..steer clear people...0/ 10 viator

We do think you have addressed this to us as an error because we do sell audioguide app of Pompei and in the voucher you receive from Viator is clearly written you don't have to get audio equipment, you have to use your smartphone with our TravelMate audio app. You will be free to visit the site and to follow the map and the storytelling.
