We had a great day trip with Ardi who took us to Borobudur Temple and Prambanan Temple. The journey was really comfortable and we really enjoyed getting to know Ardi and learning lots about the culture and history of Java, and Indonesia in general! Ardi is the perfect guide and guide. He takes his time to explain and adapts the program according to our wishes. We visited 2 temples: Borobudur and Prambanan. He escorted us to the entrance and arranged tickets for Prambanan. For Borobudur he had us book tickets online in advance. In between the visit to both temples we had lunch at a place where we could also taste Luwak coffee and get an explanation of the process. After the temple visit we got the chance to go to a Wajang puppet theatre. We did not see a show, but we got an explanation about making the puppets and afterwards also the chance to make the music and do the puppetry ourselves. What a fantastic experience.
