Itinéraire
Du deuxième point de retrait au magasin, le trajet dure 30 minutes. Ici vous pouvez voir comment nous commençons à quitter la ville en traversant une partie de l'autoroute.
C'est votre chance d'obtenir des produits de première minute, que ce soit de l'eau, des biscuits, etc. pour marcher.
Du magasin à notre premier arrêt, nous disposons d'environ 30 minutes, un arrêt pour donner quelques explications et photos au point de vue "Jilarata". Cet endroit nous offre une vue panoramique sur deux montagnes principales de la région : Huayna Potosí et Chacaltaya. Pour cela nous restons ici 20 minutes maximum.
Après environ 30 minutes de trajet, nous continuons avec le deuxième point : le cimetière de Milluni. nous obtenons de brèves informations historiques sur la raison et l'origine du cimetière. Ensuite, nous aurons le temps de prendre d'autres photos de ce point très proche de la montagne Huayna Potosí.
Après 30 minutes de voyage, nous sommes arrivés au camp de base de Charquini, où nous avons commencé une passionnante promenade à travers un paradis pour les amoureux de la nature, et après une heure ou une heure et demie de marche, nous sommes arrivés à la lagune de Charquini. Vous avez mérité cette pause ! Détendez-vous pendant environ une heure au bord du lagon, prenez des photos dignes d'Instagram ou respirez simplement l'air frais. Ensuite, nous retournerons au camp de base pendant environ 40 minutes de descente, et chaque étape reflétera l'aboutissement satisfaisant d'une aventure bien vécue.
De nouveau prêts au camp de base, nous embarquons pour le retour à La Paz. Après une heure et demie de voyage, nous arrivons dans la partie centrale de La Paz et nous veillerons à ce que vous retourniez en toute sécurité à vos hôtels centraux, pendant que nous vous disons au revoir, jusqu'à ce que votre prochaine aventure arrive.

Giovana was an exceptional guide. Even before the tour began, she showed a genuine willingness to help by coming directly to our location. The itinerary was well-structured, and we appreciated being able to hike at our own pace. The lake was absolutely worth the effort!
We did the Charquini Lagoon tour and it was absolutely incredible!! Our guide Gio was so kind, encouraging and enthusiastic and spoke brilliant English and Spanish to explain everything in great detail. The trek is ever so slightly challenging due to the altitude but Gio was extremely patient and made sure everyone in the group was seen and safe! The view of the lagoon is just mind blowing, we were unsure if we were going to book this tour originally but are so so glad we did! A great day!
A unique experience, the emerald color of the lagoon is beautiful, the day I went down, snow and thunder fell that gave a different and beautiful magic to the landscape

This was a great full day activity that shows views starting with the drive up to the hike. Our tour guide was friendly and professional, very patient with hikers of all places and knew lots about the history of the area. The hike is not steep but the altitude definitely is tough on travelers but this is very doable!

Punctual, they come to pick you up from the hotel with a bus and Pati is there to welcome you right away. A unique person! In addition to being nice and knowing great English, she tells you what you will do during the day and gives you great tips about La Paz, Bolivia and any information you want to know. The trip is very nice .. there are a couple of stops for spectacular photos and then there is the walk that is just under 2km with very little difference in altitude but really worth it! 5000m is not every day.. Pati leads you calmly, at your own pace, takes all the photos you want and also delivers you a mini lunch consisting of juice sandwich and biscuit Super recommended!
Great tour and Gio was an amazing bilingual guide. The hike was pretty short (about 1:15h with lots of breaks and at a very slow pace) but still a bit exhausting at this altitude. However Gio made sure everyone was feeling ok throughout the way up and the driver also provided some walking sticks.
What an incredible experience. Tough climb for someone like me but our guide was so encouraging and supportive, without her I would not have made it. I would recommend this company to everyone.
