Delayed departure, but very nice and good service.
Super good! Very attentive, as they have blankets, food, and drinks. There is a bathroom on the boat. We are super comfortable since each person has their own seat and table.

We celebrated a very special occasion aboard the Catamaran Bandurria, and it was simply perfect. From the beginning, the coordination was very smooth, and the team was always attentive to every detail. The catering service was excellent, well presented, and appropriate for the type of celebration. Additionally, we appreciate the flexibility to customize some details, such as the table decorations and the cake service, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. The ride itself is spectacular: sailing on Lake Llanquihue with those views is a unique experience. Everything was carried out punctually and very well organized. I want to especially highlight the attention of the team, always cordial and concerned that everything went perfectly. Without a doubt, a completely recommendable alternative for celebrations or special events.

Great experience! The boat ride is really nice and profesional. The audiotour has some interesting info about the area and the volcanos, and it's both in english and spanish. Really nice crew as well! Brought us blankets for the cold and were willing to answer any extra question we had. They took some really cool polaroid pictures of us by the lake theater!
Really nice boat ride with a view of the volcanoes and information about the lake. They had English in addition to Spanish for the history lessons.
We went to the experience with cancagua which nis marveled at. All the people we stumbled upon very much and hospitable when taking us to cancagua. A helping hand and especially warm words are always appreciated. A dream trip over the catamaran.
