Description
Départ de Zurich à bord d'un bus panoramique au toit vitré accompagné d'un Guide, avec de courts arrêts à Lucerne et Interlaken pour récupérer les passagers, avant de se diriger vers le charmant village alpin de Grindelwald. De là, prenez le spectaculaire téléphérique Eiger Express jusqu'à Eigergletscher, suivi d'un pittoresque trajet en train à crémaillère jusqu'à Jungfraujoch, le « sommet de l'Europe » à 3 454 mètres. Au sommet, plongez dans un monde de glace et de neige : promenez-vous dans le palais de glace magique, montez sur le plus haut glacier d’Europe et admirez une vue imprenable depuis l’observatoire du Sphinx, surplombant les sommets emblématiques de l’Eiger et du Mönch. Au retour, profitez de votre temps libre à Interlaken, une ville pittoresque nichée entre deux lacs, promenez-vous le long du célèbre Höheweg, admirez le parc Höhematte, les chalets traditionnels, et observez des parapentistes colorés qui dérivent dans le ciel au-dessus de ce superbe cadre alpin.

Notre chauffeur-guide vous attendra à la gare routière de Zurich, où vous monterez dans notre confortable bus panoramique. Asseyez-vous, détendez-vous et profitez d'une vue à couper le souffle pendant que nous parcourons de superbes paysages suisses en route pour Interlaken.
Niché au cœur des Alpes suisses, Grindelwald est un village à couper le souffle entouré de sommets imposants et de vallées verdoyantes luxuriantes. Avec ses charmants chalets en bois, ses vues imprenables sur l’Eiger et ses sentiers pédestres interminables, c’est l’endroit idéal pour découvrir la beauté de la nature. Que vous fassiez une promenade panoramique ou que vous profitiez simplement de l'air frais des montagnes, Grindelwald offre une évasion paisible mais majestueuse.
En arrivant au sommet, vous êtes dans la plus haute gare ferroviaire d'Europe (3454m). Profitez de vues spectaculaires depuis le plus haut glacier d'Europe. L'observatoire du Sphinx offre l'une des meilleures vues sur les sommets et les célèbres sommets de l'Eiger et du Mönch. Promenez-vous au cœur du glacier en vous promenant dans le tunnel de glace et vivez la «sensation alpine» qui retrace l'histoire de la Jungfrau. Il y a plusieurs restaurants. Vous pouvez sortir dans la neige et profiter de la vue sur le glacier Grosser Aletsch et les montagnes environnantes. De mi-mai à mi-octobre, vous pouvez jouer dans la neige et utiliser la tyrolienne du Snow Fun Park (non inclus dans le billet de train).
Il y a un palais de glace avec de nombreuses sculptures de glace à admirer. L'Alpine Sensation est un tapis roulant avec des images, de la lumière et de la musique, reliant le hall sous l'observatoire du Sphinx au Palais de glace.
Un ascenseur vous emmène 117 m plus loin jusqu'à l'observatoire du Sphinx. Vous pourrez profiter ici d'une vue à 360°, tant depuis la terrasse que depuis le confort d'un bâtiment aux fenêtres panoramiques.
Découvrez le charme d'Interlaken, un village pittoresque niché entre deux lacs magnifiques et entouré de montagnes majestueuses. Promenez-vous dans le parc animé de Höhenmatte, admirez les chalets suisses traditionnels et explorez les rues pittoresques bordées de charmants cafés et boutiques. Sentez l'air frais des Alpes en marchant le long de la rivière Aar, offrant une vue sereine à chaque tournant. Prenez votre temps, imprégnez-vous de la beauté et profitez de l'atmosphère paisible et vibrante de ce joyau suisse!

The view is fantastic along the way. Just unfortunate that the cable car is not operating. It's a long scenic ride though to the top of Europe but nothing much to see & explore on top as well. Overall, it's an experience.

Gabriel gave great instructions on how to access the gondola and train as well as what to expect up on top. The time spent in Interlaken after Jungfrau was nice. We could watch the paragliders land right in the park. We could have used more restroom breaks.

It was a small group which it made it so much better because we were able to get to know each other. The guide, Zoli, was so cool and down to earth with a very nice personality. It sure made the trip better.

Hesitant to book at first due to the cost but it was well worth it. We caught the 7.30am train, which was still busy. We stayed 2 ½ hours which was plenty. Had a hot chocolate 6ch while sitting in deck chairs in the snow. Also bought 2 cokes 6ch each which were out of date but then replaced. If you’re not used to snow it’s a lovely experience. The ice sculptures were brilliant. It was a glorious sunny day but I’d imagine poor value and very cold if it’s not. A lovely experience enjoyed by us all.

Jungfraujoch was incredible but dissappointed with the tour operator. When I booked this tour it showed that you could go by gondola or train however we were given no choice and given train tickets both ways. Also I booked this tour as it said small group tour. It said nothing about the bus would drive us from Zurich to the train, drop us off and tell us to meet the bus back there later. There was no guide. We only had 1 1/2 hours once at the top before we had to catch the train back. We were very rushed. Once back to meet our bus we then got 30 minutes free time in Interlaken before returning to Zurich so really didn’t see much of Interlaken. All this tour was, was the transport to go from Zurich and our ticket to Jungfraujoch. There was no commentary from the driver telling us about anything, until we got to the train station and he dropped us and another couple off. There were approximately 16 people on the bus, which is a small tour, however there were 3 different tours on the bus. If I knew this was what I was getting for the money I would have just booked the train from Zurich and then went up to the observatory at our own leisure. Very disappointed in the tour operator and the misleading tour description that is advertised.

Normally, our tours always include the ascent to the glacier by gondola & train and our guests are accompanied by a guide throughout the excursion. Could you please provide us with the exact date of your tour? When special events take place, such as last week’s marathon, we sometimes have to adapt the itinerary accordingly. Swiss Tours- we were not happy. They were rushing for everything and just said - sorry. They allowed only less than 2 hours at the destination which was not enough at all. They stopped at Interlaken for only 30 minutes- not enough to do anything. Van AC didn’t work. It was too warm. I wouldn’t recommend to any one. It was horrible trip. Some passengers wanted to back early to Zürich so they cut the trip short… not professional…

Spectacular trip. The weather was rainy and cold so we couldn't see anything at the top of the mountain, but it was still an amazing experience. Yannis was a terrific guide, especially as he had to get some of us to Jungfrau and some of us to Lauterbrunnen. Expensive but worth it!

The tour was definitely worth it! The bus was clean and had comfortable seats, free water plus it had ports for chargers - a nice touch, just make sure to bring European Adapter. My only thing to keep the trip enjoyable for all by respecting a few rules: water only, no food, and please keep noise levels down. Your consideration will make a big difference for everyone. Our guide was super patient and really helpful, which was a lifesaver given the crowds. They made sure we didn't miss any transfers or get lost, which can be easy to do when you're caught up in the moment. It’s important to follow his instructions and you'll be fine. My favorite part was the cable ride with breathtaking views of the rolling hills and Jungfrau - it was stunning. Overall, this is one of the best tours I've been on so far!"
