We are truly sorry to read that the tour did not meet your expectations at all. What you describe — difficulty locating the guide, long waiting times, lack of explanations, limited tastings, and an early ending — is absolutely not the standard we aim to deliver. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially after making the effort to reach Florence and with high expectations for an Italian food experience. Your comments about the guide are particularly concerning, and we are currently investigating this internally. We only work with trained, passionate guides, so what you describe does not reflect our usual operations. The feedback about the food selection and overall flow of the tour is equally important, and we will be reviewing this carefully with our local team to ensure it does not happen again.
