- Veuillez prévoir d'arriver 15 à 20 minutes avant l'heure de début de la visite. Visite commence exactement à l'heure indiquée, l'entrée dans les bâtiments sont sur réservations chronométrées, et le groupe doit entrer la sécurité ensemble, par conséquent nous ne sommes pas en mesure d'accueillir pour les arrivées tardives.
- Station de métro la plus proche : Capitol South (lignes orange/bleue/argentée) - Station de sortie par la sortie principale, marcher environ deux pâtés de maisons au nord sur First Street SE.
- Le Capitole américain et son complexe environnant se trouvent dans une zone d'opération fédérale sécurisée et le stationnement à proximité est très restreint. Le parking public le plus proche est situé à Union Station, à environ 1,6 km du lieu de rendez-vous. Les modes de transport alternatifs sont fortement encouragés.

Great tour with Catherine. Very cool to see inside the Supreme Court and Capitol. She was knowledgable and friendly, and the tour was a good pace. Kyle at the Capitol was fantastic. Also very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the history. Highly recommend this tour!
The tour at 2:00 pm was longer than 2 hours. Plan on 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours to catch a schedule ride.

Meg was good but she skipped Library of Congress completely. She did US Capitol and Supreme Court only. This tour had upto 4 buildings according to the itinerary. Check before you take this up with Unscripted Tours. I will ask for a refund.
You booked the US Capitol and Supreme Court tour. As you note, it says "Up to 4 buildings" in the options, however you chose the 2 hour option that features 2 buildings, the Supreme Court and Capitol. The 4 building option includes the Library of Congress, Supreme Court, Folger Shakespeare Library, and US Capitol, is a 4 hour tour, does not run on Mondays as both libraries are closed, and is at a higher price than what you paid for the the lower cost express 2 hour option. The itinerary was not incomplete, it ran according to the option you selected and paid for. Please make sure to note the options you are selecting when booking a tour.
Evelyn was a brilliant tour guide. She was bursting with knowledge and energy and kind, professional and considerate throughout. We highly recommend this visit to the equally spectacular Capitol and National Library. Both are beautiful buildings which the American people are rightly proud of.

Due to a small traffic incident we arrived 5 minutes later at assembly point. Despite a number of attempts to join the group, they did not succeed. Communication around it was dramatic. We did the tour ourselves, without a guide. 300€ poorer. Never experienced it before. Tip: go after this beautiful location but not with guides from Unrestricted.
We are sorry you were unable to join your tour, however this is not an accurate account. To ensure any late arrivals have the best possible chance to still make the tour, we have guides at the meeting location for check in from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. You arrived to the meeting location at 9:55 for your 9:30 departure. The guide on location directed you to your group and gave you your guides contact info. Your guide also attempted to contact you multiple times however, as you stated in your messages to us, your phone was not receiving messages until 12 hours later when you landed in another city. We really made every attempt possible to get you on the tour, with 4 people working with you at one point.
Shane did an outstanding job showing my family around the Capital and Library of Congress. He had a deep knowledge of history and a great sense of humor.
This was by far the favorite part of our trip. Our guide, Liam, was extremely knowledgeable and we loved having a smaller group so we could ask questions. The tour was 3 hours long before getting to the Capitol and the time flew by. I walked away learning so much and have shared this experience with many people we know who have upcoming travels to DC. I would HIGHLY recommend booking this tour!
