Map way too vague, signage abysmal and nobody bothered to tell us one stop closed. Hopped on once as a result. Walked miles in 90 degree weather as a result. It was like putting money in a paper shredder.
All information, except that provided by our agency, is obtained from our staff on the bus before the trip begins. Therefore, they are given the map and all necessary information before the tour. Thank you for your comment.
It is beautiful and excellent, very good
There was a cycling event in Rome the day that we took the bus tour which made about half of the stops on the route unavailable. Also, the “audio guide” was more like fun facts rather than historically rich. The bus doesn’t drive by all of the monuments, but they are accessible by walking from the bus stop. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.
ThankThat day was the Rome bike tour, many stops were suspended, so our agency is not responsible for the closure of the stops... you for your feedback
Do not buy this bus / from this source- the bus was fine- BUT the rep never met with tickets- it’s a 3rd party seller -the bus operator won’t let you on with the reciept when the 3rd party seller doesn’t show up- when you call he says “I what’s-append it to you” - I said “I don’t use WhatsApp”. He texts’s photos of the ticket— you finally get on the bus but they don’t give you a ticket - so you have to explain/argue with the next driver who thinks your texted photo is a scam because you don’t have a ticket…. Very frustrating!!!!!
Thank you for your comment. The recurring problem is that most customers don't read the trip details carefully. Tickets are sent to almost all customers via their provided phone number, and also when there's no response through our platform via Viatour. However, most customers don't present the ticket itself, but rather the booking confirmation sent by Viatour, and not the ticket we sent them to board the bus.
First, they showed a Colosseum stop on the map and that is the main reason we bought it as my friend can't walk well. They did not stop there and we had a far walk back to it and missed our timed entry. Then leaving, they did not stop again so we took a taxi. The man who sold us the ticket near the Vatican said it was a 6 min walk to the Vatican stop, it was 30 minutes. The bus was hot and crowded and you spend way too much to ime time stuck in traffic. Take the Metro.
The information provided to all customers is the same, as the Coliseum stop has been removed for all companies due to roadworks leading to the Coliseum. Therefore, the stop has been replaced by the Massimo stop. Customers have been provided with complete information, as we strive for accuracy in the information we provide. A tour map is also provided to all customers. However, this information is not always readily available or taken seriously by our valued customers
Very long we waited 1 h for the bus Staff not very pleasant I advise against
Didn’t see Trevi Fountains or the Pantheon. The audio was good, but wished there had been a map provided
It was a very nice experience to exploit the eternal Roma city and visit the best monuments here it rains a lot to Roma and well the bus and covered on it
Bad experience Expensive and BAD It is not true that they stop every 15 minutes and do not stop near several main points, as we had to walk for like 15 minutes minimum to reach several. We reached a point and asked what time the next one arrived and Miss de PEEESSSIIIIMMMOOOOO answered us, time that gave us bad, apart from being angry why we didn't understand her language, she didn't even get up or hang up her call to help us or solve our doubt Fatal service! I only used it twice from 1 two-day pass My worst and most expensive travel expense for what was
this is such a perfect way to get around Rome and have a compressive tour of the historical and ancient wealth of this unique city. I would advice anyone to take the tour to bring back home with you a memorable experience and knowledge about such great civilization. Thank you!
