Entrer à l'Alhambra
Complexe palatial, résidence des sultans de Grenade. Trois palais forment cette enceinte: El Mexuar, El Palacio de Comares, de Yusuf et Palacio de Leones, de Mohammed V.
Le palais de Charles Quint est un bâtiment de la Renaissance. Depuis 1958, il abrite le musée des beaux-arts de Grenade et, depuis 1994, le musée de l'Alhambra.

In the afternoon of our night tour of the Alejandra, they messaged and told us that we could not go to the ALHAMBRA that night. They wanted to take us to the gardens and Charles V palace, and then "for free" take us to the Nasrid Palace the next day. This private guided tour was over €400 and booked months and months in advance. They left us no time to get other tickets, so we were not able to go to the ALHAMBRA at all. This followed their cancellation or trying to rebook almost every other tour that we had set up during our time in Spain. I will never book with Viator again.
Dear Michell, we are very sorry for your unpleasant experience with us. Due to the technical error we had your reservaton as Gardens Night experience, withouth te Nasrid Palaces. On the day of your visit we tried our best to give you the options to be able to see all the monument. We know that none of the suggested options was not as the one you had booked. Too dark. The idea of nighttime tour sounded good but in reality it is very dark. Also quite crowded. Access on foot was difficult and signage to meeting area and entrance hard to navigate. Sadly we had a quietly spoken tour guide who told us we could have headphones and with three of four of us hard of hearing it was a waste of money. Would Not recommend without better help.
Dear Mary, thank you for writing us this review. Night visit sure is a different experience as a daily visit. The light at the monument reflects differently and the sensation in the monument is different. We hope you still managed to see the beauty of the Alhambra. We hope to see you again soon.

We hired a guided tour for the night tour of the Alhambra, and our guide was Rosa. It was an amazing experience! The guide was super attentive and pleasant, explained everything in detail and told us a thousand anecdotes of the monument. I am from Granada, and would definitely love to repeat a visit with her. It got too short.
On July 23, 2021 we made the night visit to the Alhambra with Hamdi as a guide. The experience was wonderful. It was very exciting to see how I explained everything with such passion and feeling. I wish it could have lasted longer, because we enjoyed it so much. Hamdi is exceptional. Unfortunately he had to deal with an uncomfortable and unpleasant situation, because there was a couple who rather showed up for the visit with any intention but to see and admire the Alhambra. They didn’t understand that if you book a guided tour, you should always go with him, as it became clear that thanks to that you have certain privileges, since you enter through other access and do not have to wait for general admission queues. Such was his lack of education that Hamdi had to endure very temperately foul words. I would have liked the security people there to have protected Hamdi more. They should have been kicked out of there. Thank you so much for everything Hamdi, it was a great experience that we will always remember. Hopefully for the next one we do first thing in the day, you'll be there too.

The Palaces inside, the views from the balconies, the lights of the Alhambra at night... I could not choose. Highlighting the treatment of Juan Domingo, our guide, explained everything in detail, from architecture to history, and not counting that each sentence repeated it in English for an English family that accompanied us. Very attentive and prepared. As a negative, the guard of the Alhambra; we were struck by up to 3 times, once to Juan Domingo for "being made too much telling too many details" because the hour was going on... We change provinces and pay for the visit, it's not nice to have someone like that on top of us. Otherwise perfect.
