Prompt pickup at our hotel, friendly driver. The lagoon was beautiful and the water was glowing. They provide bug spray a bottle of water or a rum punch. Take a towel!

The company offered transportation from our hotel to the location for no additional fee. This was an amazing value since our hotel was about 25 minutes from the boat dock. The driver Ken was very interactive and when one of our friends mentioned there was a local fruit she would love to find, when Ken saw a roadside vendor selling it he pulled over and purchased the fruit for our friend, and wouldn't take any money for it! The boat crew was nice and very welcoming to everyone, the water was warm and the luminous was very cool to experience. I don't remember how long we were in the water, but it certainly didn't feel like we were rushed to get in and out, it honestly was the right amount of time. The bathrooms were clean for changing and highly suggest taking the free glass of rum punch! Overall, I can't say enough about this experience and the value for the price when you compare it to others.

The driver was excellent. He arrived a few minutes early, was friendly abd welcoming and got us there on time. He stayed wirh us and waited for our return. The boat drivers were very nice. Took us to a quiet dark spot. The water was warm but not very glowing. Still we could see the luminous in the water. They also offered us a drink while we waited on others. It was a nice time. Glad our drivers made sure we had water shoes with us

Our tour guide was excellent. He was interactive, informative, and stayed with us the whole time. He took care of us from the beginning to the end. The boat captain & crew were also very good. They told us all about the area, made sure we were safe, pointed out interesting things.
