Visite nocturne des rues de Siem Reap
Description
Nous commençons la soirée avec une prise en charge à l'hôtel, avant de nous diriger vers le célèbre Angkor Wat pour le coucher du soleil (pas de laissez-passer nécessaire!), Et une charcuterie et une assiette de fromages. Nous descendons ensuite la route non touristique de la rue khmère pour déguster des spécialités locales, des fruits tropicaux, des vampires effrayants (si vous l'osez) et des viandes barbecue. Après, nous sauterons dans notre tuk tuk et nous dirigerons vers le quartier populaire de Pub Street. Ici, nous dégusterons des échantillons des plats locaux et des cocktails les plus célèbres cachés dans notre bar Speakeasy préféré. Enfin, nous passerons devant le dessert et finirons à notre destination secrète finale. Venez faim!

Nous nous dirigerons d'abord vers Angkor Wat pour des boissons et des canapés au coucher du soleil. De là, nous nous dirigerons vers la rue de la rue la plus célèbre pour manger des grillades, des nouilles, des fruits et des desserts /
Après notre spectacle de cuisine de rue, nous nous dirigerons vers la zone principale de Pub Street et descendrons une ruelle cachée vers notre bar Speakeasy préféré pour quelques échantillons de nos plats et cocktails khmers préférés avant de nous diriger vers le dessert et une surprise ...

We had a great evening. We got to see the Angkor Wat sunset and it wasn’t touristy at all. We got the local experience and got to try some interesting foods. We ended the evening in the busy pub street which highlighted the duality of the city. It was a lovely experience and our guide was very friendly, open and knowledgable. It was a great way to spend the evening in Siem Reap.
Our guide was Seila and he was so knowledgeable about all things Cambodian. We watched the sun set over the Angkor Wot moat, Seila then took us through the ‘60 road’ night street market and we had an amazing time tasting lots of local fare. We even tried tarantula, crickets and other insects! Our main course of noodles and other delicacies was very filling annd tasty, and the sticky rice dessert so delicious. Later I had a delicious cashew nut milkshake too. This is a real local market, we seemed to be the only visitors there. Lots of local families were out enjoying the night market. We would not have been confident enough to go by ourselves, but Seila explained all the foods, and we were able to eat with out any worries. Afterwards went walked through Pub Street (much more typical tourist destination if you want to party) it was interesting to do both on the same night and see the contrast between the local market and the tourist street. Boon, our guide & Tom our Tuk Tuk driver were so lovely when we met them. I had tried several times to confirm the pick up either company without response which was rather annoying though. We visited a popular spot to view the sunset ( unfortunately there was a lot of cloud on the evening) had a beer but no cheese plate or anything else then moved on to the front of the temple. Next was a drive to the “very” local food market & Boon picked some interesting food for us to have at a street stall amongst a lot of other vendors selling shoes & shirts etc. It was a very hot night so we continued on to Pub Street & drove around the area but decided to call it a night without any other drinks or food. The guide was lovely, chatty & knowledgeable but I don’t think the company had organized him well enough.
