The Alhambra tour with Carolina was amazing! The Alhambra itself was magical at night but experiencing it with a guide as knowledgeable and passionate about Granadas history just made the experience so much more remarkable. I usually dislike guided tours around monuments because of how boring and long it gets. This was the complete opposite. Caroline shared so much with us and was so well informed about Muslims and their beliefs which is a huge part of the Alhambra’s history. Carolina made the tour interactive and fun. I would highly recommend Carolina and experiencing her love for history and Granada! Thank you Carolina!!

Everything is very good; I requested the tour at the last minute because I thought it would be easier to get tickets for the Alhambra. They contacted me to inform me that they could not guarantee the tour, but they would do everything possible... Finally, they secured my ticket, and I enjoyed a very good tour!

After reading negative reviews from other customers, I was careful to select the option that specified "Entry into Nasrid Palaces" and paid extra for the experience. On the night, we only went to General Life. It was only after the guide had left and I thought the "palace" didn't look like the photos did I check with the other guests that had been to Alhambra before. They confirmed that we didn't go to Nasrid and they thought the ticket included entry too. I tried contacting the tour company but have had no response. Viator has slay tried contacting them too and had zero luck. It would have been fine if I had selected the standard option, but I selected the upgrade and did not get what I paid for. Just skip this and save yourself the headache.

Carolina was excellent. She has extensive knowledge and was able to answer every question from our family of four. She is also extremely kind and patient. The Alhambra was incredible , breathtaking examples of Islamic and Christian history. We did the night tour which was lovely as the weather was cool and the night lights were magical.

Carolina and Sultan tours was such an amazing experience! The night tour of the Alhambra was a magical experience and our guide was so knowledgeable, friendly, fun and accommodating. I highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for a great time in Granada!

Wonderful way to see the Alhambra-the night views of the city and the way the contrast lighting makes the beautiful details pop was perfect. Our guide was amazing and really took the experience to the next level, and while there were plenty of groups it was less crowded than what we heard about the daytime tours.

Wonderful, the very eloquent guide, told you everything super well. You can see that he likes the history of his land because he conveys it with great emotion and clarity, apart from accepting suggestion and rejoicing in complementing it with new things that he did not know. A 100.

Bad service. If sultana tour.DO NOT BUY. CANCEL within 2 hrs of the event. And they don't answer. Very ma service

So glad we got the tickets for the night tour, fantastic experience, less crowded and incredibly atmospheric. Guide was very knowledgable, friendly and a passionate attitude that made the whole tour so enjoyable.
