We learnt a lot about the history of Azerbaijan and the varied forces which shaped the modern city. Our guide showed us the hidden details you'd miss and explained the importance. To finish he took us on the funicular up the hill behind the old town where we enjoyed the flame towers lit up at night and a beautiful panorama of the city at night.
Fuad and I went on a Baku evening tour. It was very informative and interesting. We simply fell in love with this ancient and modern city with its unique architecture. Thank you. Operator was 30+ minutes late with little communication. Tour was okay but felt a little rushed. Overlook at the end was nice. The tour images shows sunset views, but those are not possible on this tour.

At the meeting point, our Russian-speaking guide informed you that the roads had been temporarily blocked due to the Presidential motorcade. Unfortunately, this was completely beyond our control and caused our guide to arrive later than expected. Although there were only two participants, we still operated the tour privately for you without any additional charge. Normally, this tour requires a minimum of four participants to run, but we wanted you to enjoy your visit to Azerbaijan and leave with positive memories. Additionally, due to the unusually long queue at the funicular, not only your tour but also our Russian-speaking group was unable to use it. To avoid wasting your time, we arranged separate private taxis for both groups to reach Highland Park, and the cost of these taxis was fully covered by our company, even though the funicular is not included in the tour price. We are genuinely sorry that you felt the tour was rushed. However, considering the circumstances that were entirely beyond our control, we did our very best to ensure your tour still took place smoothly and that you were able to visit all the planned locations. For this reason, we were disappointed to read your review. Our team worked hard to overcome unexpected challenges and provide you with the best possible experience despite the circumstances. The night tour of Baku that we went on with Fuad was simply brilliant. We’d already done a day tour of the city, but this tour was completely different! It was simply breathtaking to see the vibrant city with its modern buildings and skyscrapers at night. Fuad knew all the best photo spots and even took us up to Highland Park. With much more pleasant temperatures, we enjoyed a completely different view of the city – one we wouldn’t have wanted to miss. Thank you very much, Fuad. A tour we’d absolutely recommend!
