Fun tour with lots of interesting stories, Veni was an excellent tour guide! The tour could've been even longer in my opinion, an hour went past quite quickly.

We did the Haunted Underground tour with Michael. He created an amazing, unique atmosphere during the walk. His performance was outstanding. Can't wait to get on another ghost tour like this.

This tour is well worthwhile! It went for just over an hour and was led by Veni who provided detailed information about the vaults. We certainly were given lots of interesting information. Veni brought the vaults ‘Alive’ with her stories of life working and living underground. It was a realistic experience where Veni giving facts about life in the past.

Loved this tour! Michael was a really engaging tour guide and it was really cool to see the vaults and learn about their history. The information was presented in a very engaging way and the tour was also the perfect length of time. Would highly recommend doing this if you are in Edinburgh!

Bo was a fabulous guide - polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and the history. He used just the right amount of drama to bring spooky tales to life without to much of a scare. A really good guide.

This was a great experience. To begin, Marina was our guide. She was very engaging and a great storyteller with a delivery that would give Edgar Allan Poe the chills. We started above ground for about half an hour learning about some of the ghostly history of Edinburgh and what may be some of the cause. Following that, we entered some of the vaults and learned what life below may have looked like and what may have led some to remain. The tour ended with a beverage (we took whisky, but beer and non-alcohol options were offered as well) and more stories. Be prepared to walk a bit (if you’re in Edinburgh, you likely already are) and be aware that smoothly paved floors in the vaults were not a thing when they were built…be prepared to use the flashlight on your phone if you need to keep an eye on the surface as it can be very uneven.
