OMG what a great time! We came with two couples, my wife was celebrating her birthday and the other couple consisted of my wife's good college friend and her husband. We planned a weekend together to see the sights of St. Augustine, and this tour topped out as the best event of the weekend. Three great venues were introduced to us by our fun and knowledgeable guide Jenna, who also had equipped her electric cart with a karaoke machine and a few handheld bubble guns so imagine singing your way around town in an open air vehicle with bubbles everywhere and pedestrians singing along with you as you drive by on your way to the next wine and food location. It was a blast and would be perfect for a bachelor/bachelorette party or similar gathering as well.
we were taken to 3 separate wine tastings with two also providing Charcuterie Boards containing delicious treats with the final providing a 2 coarse meal. The wine and food at all 3 places was excellent and our tour guide Jenna was fun, friendly and knowledgeable of the city!
It was an enjoyable and refreshing experience, our hosts were informative and very friendly. Jenna was very down to earth and made the experience a 10 with her partner , We had a fantastic time from start to finish and the establishments that we stopped at during the wine tasting were clean, friendly, and well stocked and the foods and wines picked for us were great. We will definitely go to this company again to plan our next outing in St Augustine.
Not as advertised. There is no 'meal' , only 2 charcuterie and a dessert. Underwhelming today the least . One stop wasn't expecting us.. but the proprietor was lovely and knowledgeable about wine . The first stop knew nothing about the wines other than what was read off a card . 3rd stop we sat in a dark empty restaurant but atleast we had A/C. Spend your money with another company - you will get ALOT more. We did complain to the driver /owner , asked for a partial refund , but no go.
This review is completely inconsistent with the overwhelming positive number of Google reviews and positive reviews here in. Comments here are misleading. And it was confirmed by the tour guide operator that overheard this client’s affiliation with one of our competitors, as well, there were issues with behavior and suspected level of sobriety, beginning the tour. We have the highest quality standards, and we are disappointed for the misleading comments that were intentionally provided here. The tour guide operator was verbally abused, and the conduct at the restaurants was unacceptable by this party as was indicated by many of our patrons. This is a family oriented tour, and there is no room for abusive behavior. We asked that all of our guest arrive on time as we work to schedule with our proprietors that provide an abundance of food for the wine tasting tour.
Tirp Advisor and the vendor failed to connect, and my reservation was not known by the vendor. The vendor apologized and told me that I would receive a complete refund. I'm waiting.
This is a completely false claim. A refund was processed immediately however it was explained to this individual that there could be a delay with receiving final funds from THEIR credit card processor. That is no different than any other purchase that may occur when using a particular credit card, you are typically subject to the terms of your provider however, we refunded this individuals funds immediately upon request.
Jenna was sure a great guide. I love every stop we went to. It was a lot of fun and something I would do again
Jenna , our guide, was absolutely amazing! Made our celebration an incredible experience. We arrived early and she took Us on an extra little tour instead of making us wait, had all kinds of party things( bubble blowers, karaoke etc) Would definitely recommend Serendipity!
So much fun! Great guide with friendly service! A perfect way to spend the afternoon in St. Augustine. Every stop offered something special, and the service was exceptional!
My wife and I enjoy wine tours on our summer/fall travels and Saint Augustine is one of our favorite cities. We live in Tampa and have been here numerous times, always enjoyable! Jenna is the owner, entrepreneur, and excellent driver of our tour vehicle. Her father, Joseph, is refurbishing the 200 year old house where you meet. Nice gentleman and very informative. We made three stops along the way, including an art gallery, wine shop & hotel/restaurant for dessert. All outstanding & highly recommended the next time you are in Saint Augustine.

One of the best experiences. We were educated on some of st Augustine history, buildings, etc. visited great places on our tour that supported local artist both music and actual art.. the guide was down to earth and welcoming. Made sure we were comfortable, safe and heard.
