Bien que disparus depuis longtemps, ces gardiens ont laissé leurs marques sur le site. Tenez-vous là où ils se trouvaient et voyez ce qu’ils ont vu. Very organised succinct tour. Our guide JD started on time. The pace was perfect both in steps and speech covered a lot of ground both figuratively and time. It was very interesting Jd had a few funny anecdotes the pictures shown were good and he knew the answers to questing asked. It was just the right length of time. Thank you would recommend to those interested in history and the history of both beer and hobart.
Guide was bright, friendly, knew how to build the suspense. Really enjoyed this tour. Highly recommend.

Did Tye historic tour and well worth the investment. JD explanations of the history and owners was informative. A good end to the tour with a good cascade stout with the family. A great spot for an ale and would recommend.
Had the best Historic tour this afternoon at 2:00pm. The young lady was knowledgeable and gave us a brilliant commentary. We really enjoyed the time ..
A very interesting origin story about a well known Tasmanian brand. I must confess I was a fan of the cordial not the beer but a great experience anyway.
We chose to do the historic tour rather than the brewery tour and were happy with our choice. Great tour, lots of amazing information we did not know about the history and the area. Your guide was great, cheerful and knowledgeable presentation.
We really enjoyed the tour…our guide was interesting and informative. Disappointed that due to renovation work the facade of the main building was covered in scaffolding but do understand the reasons behind this. Also a great spot for a nice lunch after the tour.
