We are glad to hear that you were able to visit Helsinki’s main sights and that you found our driver friendly and personable even though you had a very limited interaction. We are, however, sorry to hear that the tour did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the guiding experience. We would like to note that our guide is a highly experienced (7 years) and professional specialist with extensive knowledge of Helsinki’s history, culture, architecture, and local heritage. During the tour, the guide carefully considered the interests and preferences of the group of your friends as a whole and adjusted the programme accordingly(including requested toilet stops), aiming to provide a balanced and informative introduction to the city. We understand that the choice of certain stops and the amount of time spent at them is, to some extent, a matter of personal preference. What is interesting and valuable for one traveller may not necessarily appeal to another. We are therefore sorry that some of the places included in the itinerary, such as the library (20 min) and the museum (15 min) , did not correspond to your group’s expectations. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback. It is important for us to understand different perspectives and to continue improving how we tailor our experiences to individual groups. We hope that, despite these reservations, you were able to take away some pleasant memories from your time in Helsinki, and we would be delighted to have the opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience in the future.
