¡¡¡SEVILLE OFFICIAL TOURS WARNING!!!
DO NOT BUY tickets for Real Alcázar from this company! Promotions for “super combo”, “pass”, and “skip the line” are a scam. I spent 30 minutes waiting in the rain, only to be turn away by a staff member who kindly explained that my ticket was not valid. Please only purchase tickets from the official site for the palace. The “ticket” I bought was recommended on sevillecityguide.com and processed via TIQETS.com. DO NOT BE TRICKED into this offer and lose €39 by making the same mistake I made.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and we regret any confusion. The service you booked was a guided tour that included both an official guide and entrance tickets to Alcazar. As indicated in the booking information and on the voucher, guests must meet the guide at the designated meeting point (Plaza del Triunfo) and the guide brings the tickets. Our guide waited at the meeting point for over 30 minutes and attempted to reach you by phone and message without success. Unfortunately, without meeting the guide, access to the monument was not possible using the voucher alone. We understand that misunderstandings can happen and we truly regret the inconvenience. We remain available should you need any further clarification.

Super "private" tour
We had booked a guide in French for 3 for the visit of the alcazar. The surprise is that we had Jesus, great guide in French for us alone. Excellent experience between story and humor. Bravo to Jesus

Rachel - the best guide.
We toured Real Alcázar today with a tour guide called Rachel who was a born & bred in Sevilla. She was excellent. Her history was great & she had such a sense of humour which kept us interested in the your. I would highly recommend this amazing lady.

We loved it! The guide knew a lot about the Alcázar but at the same time he avoided giving us an excess of information, he dispensed it well throughout the visit and mixed general information about the Alcázar and each room with anecdotes that made the visit very interesting and enjoyable. We were only two people on the tour and he answered all the questions we had. The tour, together with the fact that the Alcázar itself is a wonder, made it a great experience. Highly recommended!

A must see in Sevilla
Javier was very informative and had a great sense of humor! Our group was a little lost in regard to finding the meeting place. He was so patient and made sure we arrived before starting the tour. The other guests on the tour were equally considerate and patient. This is a ‘must see’ site while in Sevilla.

The guided tour was amazing. We learned so much in an entertaining and comprehensive way about history, culture, politics and people. The guide was just full of insights and great stories. Wonderful experience.

Great tour of Alcazar given by Javier!
Javier is a great tour guide. I got lucky in that there was only me and another English speaking tourist on our tour. She needed to get around using a walker and Javier was super patient and helpful with her. He is very knowledgeable and engaging and made learning about the history of Alcazar fun. I would recommend this tour and to ask for Javier.
