We had a great time at the Rodin Museum. Our guide was fantastic. And the museum and gardens were amazing.
The Rodin Museum is just so lovely. Walking around the garden and seeing the beautiful roses is just so relaxing. This is one of my favorite museum in Paris. The trees are shaped so beautiful and are so green. You can just sit in the garden and relax for a while. The sculptures in the museum are just wonderful This is a must if you're in Paris
Mila was a very knowledgeable guide who brought Rodin to life! Loved the intellectual stimulation. Recommend highly!
Mila was an excellent guide and provided us with an in-depth summary of Rodin’s life while answering all our questions!
Excellent guide and experience! Stephanie, our guide, was knowledgeable, passionate and an absolute delight. The Rodin experience would not have been the same without her. She knew every single piece, the story behind it, and explained it with captivating detail. She was able to answer our questions beyond the tour, and beyond the Robin museum. Highly recommend this tour. It is truly worth the splurge and is captivating from beginning to end.
Boris, our tour guide, brought Rodin to life. We learned so much from this knowledgable and thoughtful young man as he described the life of Rodin and what motivated his art. Wish we had a few more days to tour other museums in Paris with him.
We had a great time with Boris, our tour guide. Having been to the Rodin museum previously, we were eager to dive deeper and learn more about Rodin’s motivations and technique. Boris was a wealth of knowledge, providing context on the history and literature of the time and giving each piece of art the time and reflection it deserved. His analysis went well beyond the surface level, and Boris was kind, funny, and took a genuine interest in our perspectives as we took in the life and art of Rodin. I would highly recommend Paris in Person and Boris as a guide. Communication was clear and the experience was well-paced and interesting. We hope to reconnect next time we are in Paris.
Our guide did know basic facts like when Rodin died. She described one sculpture as Balzac in a bath rope when the inscription said Balzac was wearing a monk’s habit. She was polite and arrived on time but her English was not good and her knowledge of the facts was poor. Also, for $170 per person we expected a full 2 hour tour. She sped through certain rooms and we were done in 1 hour 30 minutes. We learned more by reading the inscriptions on the sculptures than we did from our guide. Complete waste of money.
Thank you Tina for your very informative tour of the Rodin. We learned so much about Rodin and his art. You guided us throughout the garden area and then the museum carefully. We use a private guide when visiting museums because there is so much to see and absorb in world famous museums.
Marvelous tour un Roden’s Museum with wonderful and dedicated tour guide Boris! My heartfelt recommendation! Adventure guarantied!
