Very comprehensive tour of the area. The guide spoke very good English and had his route down to a science. Pickup was on time and easy. He definitely knew how to navigate the busy corridors and where to drop us off and meet back up with us so we weren't just stuck in traffic, I appreciated that. Two minor disappointments: he didn't really give us much history or 'insider info.' Not the end of the world. Also, we had asked for a stop to do some wine tasting (we were the only ones on the tour) and we didn't get to that, again not the end of the world. He was very nice about getting us to a preferred drop off vs. just taking us back to the start point. If you're trying to see as much as possible in a day, this is it.
Great way to see several different towns in south of France. We traveled with 5 adults and a 1.5 year. Our tour guide, Alex, did an excellent job explaining the history of everywhere we went! Highly recommend!
We had such a wonderful French Riviera tour with François! From the very beginning, he made the experience feel friendly and completely personalized. The itinerary was beautifully planned, with amazing stops throughout the day, and François's knowledge, stories, and passion for the region made every place even more memorable. He also shared so many helpful local recommendations, which made the experience feel much more special than a typical tour. We left with beautiful memories from the French Riviera.
We had a fabulous time with our driver Alex. We were not rushed and the van was so comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Alex took the time to tell us about the history of the areas we visited. The scenery was fantastic and we stopped along the way for coffee and snacks. A great day and a wonderful tour guide. One last thing. We booked on a Sunday and there was hardly any traffic. Highly recommend.
From start to finish, Roussel was an outstanding tour guide. He took the time to explain every destination we visited, sharing fascinating behind-the-scenes history and local insights that we never would have learned on our own. His knowledge and passion for the region truly made the experience unforgettable. 😊 He was also incredibly patient and accommodating, always happy to stop whenever we wanted to take photos or spend a little extra time enjoying the scenery. We especially appreciated having the flexibility to explore on our own in places like Cannes, Èze, and Monaco, knowing he would be there ready to answer our questions with enthusiasm when we returned. As English speakers who do not speak French, communication was effortless. Roussel spoke excellent English, making the entire tour comfortable, informative, and enjoyable for our family. We never felt rushed and always felt well taken care of. We would recommend Roussel in a heartbeat to anyone looking to experience the beauty of the French Riviera. It was really just an uber driver who dropped us off at various towns. He had no agenda at all. If I had known this, we would have done a more organized tour for less money. Also, he was kind of a crazy driver and we were feeling carsick!
We had an amazing time touring with Gio. He picked us up at our AirBnb and right away I knew we would have a great day. Gio was friendly and very knowledgeable about the region and each place we visited. Very flexible with timing on this private tour. I highly recommend this tour and if you’re lucky to have Gio as your guide, you are guaranteed to have a good time. As the typical driver in my family, it was amazing to not have to drive and really take in the scenes. Lots of walking and in the heat bring fans, and a change of shoes if you can.
