Description
Nous pré-retirons vos billets pour que notre visite du château vous donne un accès facile à la fortification la plus emblématique d'Écosse. La visite d'une durée d'une heure et demie couvrira les 3000 ans d'histoire du château d'Édimbourg et le rôle important qu'il a joué dans la formation de l'Écosse. La visite part de notre point de départ au 192 High Street, près de la statue d'Adam Smith.

Vous serez guidé à travers le domaine du château d'Édimbourg. Il convient de noter que nous ne pouvons vous emmener à l'intérieur d'aucun des bâtiments de la caste (aucun voyagiste ne le peut), mais nous vous donnerons la riche histoire du château, sa place dans l'histoire écossaise et beaucoup de ses histoires les plus inhabituelles afin qu'après la visite vous permettra d'explorer le château avec une compréhension beaucoup plus profonde qu'un visiteur occasionnel.

- Bien qu'une grande partie de la visite se fasse à l'intérieur du complexe du château, ce ne sera pas à l'abri.
- Les sacs de plus de 30 L en volume ne sont pas autorisés à l'intérieur du château et celui-ci ne fournit pas de système de casier pour le stockage des bagages.
- La visite NE SE RENCONTRE PAS AU CHÂTEAU, la visite commence à notre point de départ au 192 High Street, près de la statue d'Adam Smith
- Remarque: les enfants de 15 ans et moins ne pourront pas participer à la visite s'ils ne sont pas accompagnés d'un adulte responsable.
- Le château d’Édimbourg est construit au sommet d’un vieux volcan, le sol est souvent accidenté et parfois escarpé. Soyez prêt à rester debout pendant toute la durée de la visite. Les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité risquent de ne pas tirer le maximum de cette tournée.

Lively tour of the castle with lots of different stories about the history of the castle. Euan was able to capture the audience for the whole tour. He told lots of funny facts and stories that made you get a good picture of everything about the castle
Our guide Ben made this a great experience. He gave us lots of the historical background. The tour has a harder terrain for someone with disabilities.
We almost missed out on Edinburgh castle because tickets were sold out for the days we were there! We went in early August. Thank goodness Viator had tours with included castle tickets. Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable- we chose Graeme out of the 2 tour guide options because he was very tall and we could spot him easily in the huge crowd of tourists. We chose well ;) Thanks Graeme!!
The tour was very well arranged, on time and well organized. Our tour guide Koffe was very patient, supportive and used humor to explain history . Narration of historic events in detail is very much appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
The tour took us into the castle walls and told us about the buildings. Had amazing views of Edinburgh from the walls. And our guide Georgia was really informative and friendly. We didn't have access to any of the castle interior, but that's not the tour's fault. I should note that this tour is difficult for people with mobility issues because the roads and walkways are very steep.
We really enjoyed our tour to Edinburgh Castle. Our charismatic guide Ben, shared some interesting stories and facts that made our visit to the castle much more meaningful. I highly recommend this tour.
We had a fantastic guided tour of Edinburgh Castle! Our guide was excellent – knowledgeable, engaging and full of great anecdotes and humour. He brought the history of the castle to life and made the whole visit both fascinating and entertaining. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend the tour!
Excellent walking tour of buildings on the property. If you are or are not an history buff, there’s something for everyone. Easy walk and opportunities to ask questions. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Our tour guide, Campbell was fantastic!
This was a very interesting tour and I felt like it was definitely worth it as opposed to just seeing the Castle on our own. Our guide Koffee was super knowledgable but also very funny which made the tour brilliant.
