Thoroughly enjoyed my time during the Segway Tour. Our guide, Raed, was incredibly helpful. He started off by giving us a brief overview of the tour on a map, and then proceeded to train us in operating the Segway. As it was my first time using one, he was very accommodating and helpful, ensuring I remained comfortable throughout the training. Very clear in his instructions also, which especially helpful for nervous riders. Our tour was an hour long and he provided a lot of insight to the sights we saw, from its history, to the architects behind them. Our guide was very charismatic and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Furthermore, he was more than happy to take pictures of me and my partner throughout the tour, even encouraging it. Could not recommend this more than enough!
Do not hesitate in booking this activity it was all round amazing with exceptional customer service.
Unfortunately the organisation forgot our reservation, so we had to wait an hour for they arranged a tourguide. Besides we started too late, we had a great experience, for most of our group it was the first time. But the friendly tourguide help was good. The 1 hour tour lead us thru beautiful places in the city centre and no one got hurt.
The tour was canceled due to bad weather. But we still have not received the money back, despite many messages and communications. Too bad and even more sad. Booked via TripAdvisor...try to get in touch with them...not possible. Just book at the counter and get straight on the Segway!

You have to contact them directly, to get the refund, because you made a payment through TRIPADVISOR. My friend and I booked this trip and it turned out to be a private segway tour and the highlight of our 3 days in the city. Lawrence was a fantastic, knowledgable and fascinating guide who told us all about the history of Budapest whilst we rode through on the segways. Lovely trip around Downtown Budapest while the Grand Prix was on. My guide Sofia said it was much quieter because of this which made for a trouble-free Segway experience. Great communication beforehand. Fantastic views of the wonderful architecture. Really enjoyed it. Would have liked to have had time to do the castle tour on a Segway too.

The tour did not take place at all due to acute illness of the guide. We are waiting until today for the refund of the money already paid. This is a huge annoyance because you can't contact Tripadvisor or respond to emails.

Really liked this tour. We were given the option of where we wanted to go and opted for Buda. Our guide was knowledgeable of the area and really good at prep and training for use of the Segway's. It felt really safe. Also like the fact that we had 30 mins in Buda off the Segway to explore before heading back.

One of the highlights of our city break - never used a Segway before but it was so easy to manage. The trip we went on was perfect and the guide was great - we took in the Hungarian Parliament building, then Margaret Island and over Chain Bridge. Fantastic family fun!
