Entre spectacle humoristique et balade pittoresque, habillé en marin, je vous emmène sur mon bateau imaginaire pour vous faire découvrir Rouen à ma façon : anecdotes historiques, rues insolites... Embarquez à bord de mon bateau "La Royale", destination Rouen et son histoire! Je partagerai ma connaissance de Rouen, mes bons plans gastronomiques ainsi que de nombreuses histoires insolites sur la ville et sur certains de ses personnages emblématiques comme Jeanne d'Arc et les Vikings. J'habite à Rouen depuis plus de 30 ans et ma passion pour son histoire ainsi que mon sens du relationnel fera que vous vivrez une expérience unique qui vous fera apprécier ma belle ville !

Description de la façade et de son histoire
L'abbaye Saint-Ouen de Rouen est l'un des principaux monuments de la ville de Rouen ; son église abbatiale est un exemple achevé de l'architecture gothique en Normandie. L'abbaye fait l’objet d’un classement au titre des monuments historiques par la liste de 1840
L'aître Saint-Maclou est un ancien aître charnier datant du XVIᵉ siècle, situé 186, rue de Martainville à Rouen, en France. Il constitue un des rares exemples d'ossuaire de ce type subsistant en Europe. L'aître Saint-Maclou fait l’objet d’un classement au titre des monuments historiques par la liste de 1862
Le Gros-Horloge est l'un des monuments emblématiques de la ville de Rouen. La construction, accolée à un beffroi, est constituée d'une arche Renaissance enjambant la rue du Gros-Horloge surmontée d'une horloge astronomique du XIVᵉ siècle
C'est sur cette place, en pleine guerre de Cent Ans que Jeanne d'Arc est brûlée vive le 30 mai 1431. L'endroit, tel qu'a pu l'apercevoir Jeanne d'Arc ne ressemblait pas à ce qu'il est aujourd'hui. La place était plus petite et son espace était occupé par l'église Saint-Sauveur, l'église Saint-Michel et par une grande halle de marché. C'était également le lieu habituel des exécutions. Une grande croix a été élevée à l'emplacement du bûcher. Au milieu de la place, les vestiges de l'ancienne église Saint-Sauveur ont été dégagés. C'est dans cette modeste église paroissiale que Pierre Corneille fut baptisé, sa maison natale, rue de la Pie, aujourd'hui transformée en musée se situant à proximité. Aujourd'hui, c'est une place vivante, autour de laquelle se trouvent des restaurants et des bars

This tour was so fun and interesting! Easily one of the best tour guides I ever had. We did a day trip from Paris and it was worth the extra 1.5 hour train ride!

We had a wonderful small-group walking tour of Rouen with Ludovic. His English was excellent, and he was joyful, enthusiastic, and so knowledgeable throughout the tour. He made the history of Rouen come alive while keeping everything fun and engaging. Ludovic made sure we had plenty of time to take photos at all the important spots, and he even offered to take pictures of us along the way. He asked questions, kept the group involved, and made the experience feel personal and memorable. This is the first thing everyone should do when they arrive in Rouen. It’s the perfect introduction to the city, and Ludovic was an outstanding guide!
This was a terrific guided walk of historical Rouen. Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging and had some great stories ( and quizzes) along the way. It was a very small group, which gave opportunity for asking questions. Most enjoyable!
More than two hours of informative, varied walks punctuated by small anachronistic moments, revealing the city in unique and original aspects. Ludovic's personality and energy contribute greatly to this experience. We were a group of 6 young seniors, and the moment was unique. Kudos to Ludovic. We recommend the visit and the guide!
