It was a quite complete walk through the palace and the streets of Madrid to the Prado Museum where Angel, our guide, spoke to us about the aspects of the history and culture of Madrid from its origins to the present.
This was my first time visiting the Palacio Real in Madrid. I was very pleased with the visit and the organized tour by Naturanda. The tour guide, Juan Antonio was great, he was very knowledgeable about the palace and the history of the different details of the palace, its use and the history about some of the kings and queens who lived and used this palace. I would recommend this tour. It took about two hours for the tour.
Juan Antonio provided a lot of valuable information, and his charisma also made us feel close.
Juan Antonio gave us a great tour of the Royal Palace. There would be no way we could have learned to much by just walking this tour ourselves.
It was first moved from Thursday to Wednesday because the palace was closed. Then they phoned and canceled the tour on Wednesday as well! Very disappointed

I am the tour operator from Nepal called HIMALAYAN PLANET ADVENTURES. I visited Madrid in the first week of May 2026, after my B2B event, and joined a guided tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid with Naturanda. The guide was fluent in English and shared detailed insights about the palace and its rich history. The experience was both informative and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Naturanda to anyone interested in exploring the Royal Palace in English.
A well organised small group tour of the Royal Palace.
Guided tour did not take place, very disorganised. The tour operator did not have enough headsets and then they attempted to hire some at the Palace, which- after 15 minutes wait - did not work out either. They offered a download on the mobile or a partial refund instead. Tour guide could not say how much would be refunded. Waiting to hear back from them.
